    I would give 0 stars if possible. I stopped buying stuff from Gladstone because the manger Julie doesn't know anything about parts or customer service. I had to return multiple wrong parts and she always blame me for getting the wrong parts. Now she ruining this store for me. I guess I am going to start buying parts from NAPA. I don't understand how such a rude, arrogant, unintelligent person can still be a manager.

    Everybody was on their phone except for one person. And he didn't even seem to know what he was doing on the computer. I just went next door to AutoZone

    None of these people know what they are doing. My suggestion would be to get educated people working for you. When I call for a pricing on a product and come into the store to buy it it's always a different price then what I was told and it's usually 3x more then what I was told. I also always receive wrong the parts. This is the last time you will receive business from me.

    The best part store in the area! The two young gentleman working the counter were extremely helpful and simple the best! I wish I could give this store 6 stars that's how amazing they are!!!

    Quick and clean, needed a socket to replace a tail light no questions they helped out

    Not helpful! And service is terrible. Needed a 1/4 union which they had but the no tag on it. So I guess couldn't price it for us... And wouldn't sell it. Just said meh and continued to answer phone calls during our transaction.
