Don't Go Here!!! -10**********<br>Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had!<br>Just wait the extra day or two in order online it will be worth it instead of dealing with these headaches and getting robbed of your money!<br>I drove a hundred miles to buy a radiator from them after they made me give half down first. Then when I got home and installed it I noticed overflow neck was busted off. I called them and they wanted me to drive another hundred miles to return a broken radiator so I could get half my money back. Why couldn't they just refund it like they took the first half, debit card online?<br>I offered to take pictures and send them but that was not good enough. They've got policies they say! I've got a policy too of not receiving broken junk parts. But the owner lady was very rude!! I think it because she was outside working today. It's a very cold winter day but that is not a reason to take it out on your customers and try to rip them off and hang the phone up on them when you're trying to come to a conclusion on how the resolve the mess. Before she hung up the phone on me I told her word of mouth goes a long ways in a small area. Why would you want to do business like this. She got very angry!! She's then try to turn it around on me and accused me of threatening her and trying to ruin her business. While yelling told me to have a blessed holiday and hung the phone up on me. This may have to go to small claims court!

Prices ain't bad, not a pick n pull no more. They get it for you. If I remember correctly, I had bought a grand Prix headlight from them for around $40. They are very sincere and honest people.

I’m very pleased with my experiences with Pete’s pick and pull. I don’t drive new cars, so I’m not always looking for new parts. Many times I have gone to them for parts, the majority of the time they have it. If they don’t their interested in finding it for me. I have had a lot of good finds in there yard. Always the right price too.
