The people that work the counter know what they are doing. Tell ware able to figure out my situation with a 2002 Chevy Silverado two other auto parts stores couldn't help me with getting the right parts.

It's my go-to place when buying parts in Kerrville but it's hard to spend money on expensive parts there when they won't warranty him when they keep failing.

I've been there several times and they have had what I needed.

Absolutely love the staff here. They are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all types of vehicles and problems.

The two guys working at advance auto parts this evening 9/25/21, we're extremely helpful to me to solve my problem with my car. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied I know what I need to do now with my car and I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and expertise. It seemed like every other place I went to find the solution they didn't care or didn't really want to help me but advance they really went out of the way to help me thank you advance

Very helpful employees. We had been traveling all day and the battery cable had become loose and kept turning the truck off. One of the helpful employees came out and helped us. We had a man help us get to the advanced auto from a gas station we were trying to fix it ourselves. Kerrville is a nice place!

Wow, so impressed with the staff at Advance Auto Parts! I woke up to a dead battery. I called AAA, got a jump start, drove straight to Advance and they had me set up with a new installed battery in less than an hour. Great courteous and speedy service. Thanks Advance!

The first time I came in to change my brake lights I had been pulled over for having one out. The lady at the front was very nice and tried to help me find the right bulbs but later when I went home it did not work. When I came back to exchange them I got a man named Ken who was very helpful and genuine! My brake light is now fixed because of his wonderful customer service. I was frustrated at first but now I feel confident coming back here to get the help I need but I will probably be asking for him from now on!

I was very dissappionted with the over all experience not only was the store manager Richard very rude and disrespectful he treated me as though I was some dumb White blonde. His assistant Jeanette was amazing and helped me to the best of the abilities!! If you ask me its she that should be in his position and him hold no position there!! I will not be back in the store as long as he there running it.!
