    I went in to pick up a part i ordered and had a cashier named Alex. The guy was really rude when I asked him to look up prices on parts for another vehicle. I did make more purchases than just my original order but the guy was really rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to him. After the guy was done he walks to the next register quickly and ask the next person if you could help them and when I asked him if I could get a receipt please he walked over grab the receipt and threw it at me I'll take my business elsewhere thank you very much

    Well..what can I say? I told the employee I needed spark plugs for my 2002 Toyota Solara SLE 6 cyl. He put in windshield wipers instead for a Celica se 4 cyl. Next he put in a Corolla. It took 3 times to get the correct car model and spark plugs. Good thing I knew what I needed!!!

    My truck broke down and had to be towed to the local ford dealer but they couldn't get to it until the following Monday so I decided to try and fix it myself. Once I found a ride to the auto parts store to find a fuel line clip unfortunately they didn't have it in stock and neither did anyone else in town, a gentleman there called every auto parts store in the surrounding area and the ford dealers to help me find the part. He was able to locate the part for me at a Ford Dealer. He was knowledgeable about the area and gave me great advice. Another good overall experience in my trip to Texas.
