    Great customer service, not real fond of the getting a check for your scrap metal, cash would be much better. Like it used to be, but what are you going do. Scrap prices still suck, but it's not their fault.

    Shady characters. Watch the scale. Confirm price before you unload. Tried to cheat me on 40lb of aluminum, when questioned he quickly paid the difference. Came back with iron and was paid $1 per 100lbs less than quoted.Won't be back.

    Glad to see the Young man that worked there before they closed up! Good group of guys . I'm handicapped and the gentleman in the crane got out to help me unload. I offered him a tip but he wouldn't accept it? Anyway they're a good place to get rid of you excess steel ,aluminum or other metals good job guys, Thanks!

    The price per ton changes totally at their discretion and they use that to screw you. First time I went it was $80/ton, the next three times I went it was $60 even though I brought almost identical loads. Yesterday I took a trailer full of very good steel (metal stakes, fence pipe and posts, post tension cables, etc.), and they randomly changed the price to $40/ton. They called it ‘shredder feed’. I left with the same amount of money I was getting for a truck bed full. I’m taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

    I called on Saturday morning of a holiday weekend and was pleased that their recording was up-to-date, to add to their hours to say that for this date and the holiday Monday to follow, that they were closed. I consider that a sign of professionalism. You may not get big money, but surely there's some value in being able to recycle items that otherwise would sit in a landfill.

    A penny a pound wow. Spent more money driving there then I got back, they don't care everything is considered shredder feed $20 a ton. What a rip off Other scap place has better rate and will not rip you off.

    Everytime I have been there the workers have all ways been professional. People get mad about price per pound but it is not there fault. They can't pay more than that are getting per pound. It is better than having to pay to take it to the dump .so remember price is set by market. And no I don't work there
