Tammy was wonderful and super helpful helping my family get back on the road. I rolled into the store with my battery light on and the car wouldn’t start for the alternator check. Tammy was able to help me pick out the right battery and give me all the tools necessary to get the job done. I highly recommend working with Advanced Auto Parts in Mt. Sterling!!!

This place stays busy and the prices are a little high, but the staff is always helpful and have knowledge of auto parts and repairs. And with simple things like replacing a battery or windshield wipers or a bulb, they are more than willing to come out in the parking lot to help you do it. It's never fun to have auto issues, but at least when I do, I know I can stop by Advance and the staff will help me with those issues.

I sometimes feel out of my element in auto part stores but not today. I was looking for products to clean my car and they had plenty in stock. And most were on sale, 2 for $10 or buy one, 50% off second. Then, the auto technician/cashier assisted me with their "fill the bucket for an additional 10% savings". I've got a new red bucket and saved money. Win-Win!

Needed batteries for our boat. Called here on the way to the lake with boat in tow. They told us they could have the 2 batteries we needed brought from lexington within 2 hrs. We arrived at the location early to wait. Went in to check and they told us they were not there yet. Waiting until the time they told us they would be there and went back in only to tell us they hadnt ordered them. Not only did they say they had ordered them by the time frame we let them know we would be coming out of our way. They did not do as they said they would do. They even took our phone number for the order and never once called to let us know they ended up not ordering. Very disappointing and not good business. Dont waste your time.
