I first contacted Kentucky Mustang after struggling to get a part through my normal supplier. What a great experience. They actually answered their own phone! Duane was fantastic and helpful. Told me he would look into the part I was searching for and get back to me. He did exactly that. Called me to tell me he had gotten the part in stock, it was the correct piece, and how else could he help me? Bought the part and another while on the phone and look forward to getting them soon. Duane was awesome! Will definately be using then again. Customer service is becoming a lost art/skill, but they appear to have it still at Kentucky Mustang!
