My Harley broke down on route 11 north of Mt. Sterling on a Saturday afternoon. I talked to Dean after finding Hall's Service Center online He showed up when he said he would. He towed me to Mt. Sterling to a Harley mechanic he knew, Timmy Snowden, who was willing to work on my bike the following Monday. He then shuttled me to several hotels until I found a room; it was during the Preston Court Days weekend and the hotels were full. Great guy. Fair price and great service. Thanks Dean!!

My mother started her car to try and thaw the ice from the recent winter ice storm and accidentally locked it while it was running. She called her insurance company because she had roadside coverage, and they told her they'd get someone out there. After 3 hours and 3 more calls still no help, so I called Hall's Service Center. They said they could be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough, within 30 minutes he was there. He even walked up the driveway because it was too icy to drive up. He totally went above and beyond!

I don't usually post any remarks on websites, but I had to let people know what a pleasant experience my husband and I had getting our truck towed...seriously this guy "Dean" showed up and had us loaded and home in great time (we live and hour away from mt sterling in God's country)..and the fee was so very reasonable. I will recommend this towing service to any body.
