The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with what I was looking for and Henry also helped me with a coupon and a recommendation to a reliable mechanic that's fair and hasn't tried to cheat me. Place was also neat and clean. Plenty of parking though it's a bit difficult to cross the road since it's pretty busy.

Tried to make an online purchase to take advantage of a 25% discount. I tried once from my smartphone the second time for my laptop. The discount was not being applied at checkout so I called the store where I was told the discount would be applied at the store. Once I got to the store inquired about the discount, the gentleman behind the desk told me that they did not give online discounts at the store. He didn't even pause to let me explain that I had called and verified the discount with his coworker only 30 minutes prior to my arrival. The lady I spoke with finally interjected and admitted that she had indeed told me that she could apply the discount in the store. They went ahead and charged me full price and tried to rush me back out the door. I refused to take the item with me or the receipt and told him I wanted a refund and they told me it would take up to 48 hours to refund my money when it only take them 10 seconds to deduct it from my debit card.Call direct support line and waited on hold for 30 minutes. When I finally reached someone, they told me they cannot refund my money as I have taken the item. I informed them they need to call store 3966 and check with their counter staff to confirm that I had not taken anything. That I expected my money refunded as quickly as they had taken it.Customer support said that they would have my money refunded in 15 minutes an hour ago still waiting for my refund.this is my second attempt to do business in advance Auto parts and it's the second disaster. I have no inclination of doing business with Advance Auto parts anytime in the future.

If I could rate this location no stars I definitely would!!! My husband tried to return something he bought at a different location with original receipt within 24 hours & that met all required criteria for a successful return and they denied his refund by stating that it needed to be returned at purchased location! No where on the return policy does it say each return is only elegible at purchased location! They definitely need to train their employees correctly

Horrible experience! Went in and asked for a multi purpose switch for a 2000 ford escape and got home to find out it was the wrong part entirely. They gave me a switch that was not even for my vehicle and refused to take the part back. Its in original packaging and I have the receipt. This is exactly why I go to oriellys. Unfortunately I came here because oriellys did not have the part and had to order it. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. $100 wasted because they gave me the wrong part!

Talked with skipper today trying to track down a generator and he went beyond his duties and made sure to let us know when a shipment came in for us to grab one. Super great and helpful. Figured he deserved a shout out when I bet they were very busy otherwise

I went into this place looking for simple power steering fluid. The counter guy asked "what vehicle you got" then lead me down the aisle and headed me the most expensive bottle about $12. I reached down and picked up the one going for $4. Power Steering fluid is pose steering fluid. I know they are in business to make money but REALLY???
