I haul heavy equipment for a living and work with one of Chicagoland best paving companies that has been in business for over 105 years of operation. These men and women in this team get the job done for part's prices and customer service. Will make you feel like you're the wealthy person around. Just know at times it's going to look rough when you may walk in. Yet, whenever you hit that door. They'll be performing on a scale of Chicago Gold Coast. It's more about respect for customers. Nothing but love and respect for this real Chicago hit Squad. Why would I say this ? They never miss when I walk in the building. If they don't have it, they will get it. Now, the best part they deliver the major part's. This is my go too... if you look at the pictures I have posted, you'll see my older work truck, which they have been keeping on the road for me with 350k miles on it. drove 3 hours each way for a “running and driving motor” take their word like your girlfriend when she’s hungry.. you’ll get told the motors fine, it probably isn’t. especially when the one you pull in the shop with a spun crank bearing runs better.. 😭

Decent prices on the parts you need. Honest and informative workers. Reasonable and efficient service. They’re also pretty well stocked and will likely have the part you need for just about any replacement or repair. If not, they’ll order it for you and usually have it in a day or so. Overall, no real complaints on my end. I’d recommend this place.

Junk parts that are way over priced!! went here to get parts. supposedly grade A... they where not even close. most of the parts had rust and all 10 parts I had ordered where damaged and needed repaired. I drove 2 hours to get these and I asked for a discount so I could pay to get them repaired. they said if you don't like them go elsewhere. I was lied to on the phone about these all being in good shape. I will never go back! Also the guy I was working with was super nice on the phone but was extremely rude and cocky in person

If you need used parts go to them. They give you 30 day warranty and 90 day money back. Anytime I need a window fixed or used parts They’re my go to place. My windshield wiper motor went out he got me the best available price for the motor and they installed it right on the spot.Bobby was great help & I will return !!

When I first went there the staff was very efficient and helpful when locating the part. When I needed another part for my car i called and Victor searched for me. He asked me to send him pictures of the problem area and was able to pinpoint what part i would need. Unfortunately they didn't have the part in stock. He later called me to inform me that he called another location, that they had it and it would b there the next day. Above and beyond service. Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Walked in on a Saturday morning to purchase a part that I had seen available through a parts database. I was greeted a courteous gentleman at the counter who verified that the part was in stock. There was a wait time for the part to be pulled. but it was understandable given that it was a Saturday. I was updated on the status during my wait . I Will be swapping out the part during the week but so far the experience at aero was good.

Great experience. Parts were delivered to south suburbs for free and I wasn't home when parts were dropped off, the driver waited 15 min for me without complaining at all. The salesman I worked with called multiple times to make sure that I was straight . I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for used parts

I called to get a price on some rims for my tires. I woman answered and then transferred me to a man. He sounded Latin. I asked him a few questions and he had an attitude right off the bat for no reason. He gave me attitude the entire conversation which lasted a mere 20 seconds due to how rude he was being. I told him nevermind because he had a really bad attitude. They have horrible customer service here and have attitudes with the customers. Definitely would not recommend. I will take my money elsewhere.

The guys are nice, fair and reasonable. The parts I got I wasn't able to use they allowed me to exchange that part but the second one didn't work either and they gave me a full refund with no problem. Nice people to do business with.

I have gotten a used front windshield put in from them for $100 & a alternator for $56....new. Since I've brought parts from them, i have not had any problems with either one. The staff is friendly when you go there & even over the phone. They get so many customers everyday & if they don't have the part you need, they will let you know when they may have it or try to get it in for you. If you have a price

Being that we are a commercial company and drove hours to pick up a complete door. Loaded and headed out. Was looking at the door and there was so many random missing clips and tracks. Like thats the reason I needed a "complete" door. thats why I bought a complete door. And they sold me what they said was a "complete" door but it wasnt came back like 20 min after I bought it and was told no refund or anything. So if u wanna get scammed I highly recommend this place. They will shaft u good and let the door hit you on the way out.

I got my windshield replaced recently and it took less than an hour. Then as I was driving home the rear view mirror fell off. It kept doing it so I rode back and they replaced it. No haggling or anything. With this kind of service I will keep coming back. I am a repeat customer as they do not dissapoint!

Front desk counter person was not only rude but started talking about me even before I walked away. I didn't know that it was $20 for them to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my car. It's not the $20 it's the attitude and complaining to her colleague that I didn't want to pay in front of me. Maybe it's a normal for shop etiquette and I'm not used to people being so rude.

Have you waiting in line for a long time , the part I ordered got delivered an hour late , on top of that it was the wrong part and had to wait 2 more days for the right one to arrive and on top of that, it was 3 hours late. Not doing business with these people ever again. Try your best to take your business elsewhere.

I called Friday to find out if they had a 2012 Kia Soul door driver side. A gentleman Bob answered the phone and was extremely pleasant . Accommodated me with a quote .Wee picked up door on Saturday .when we picked up the door , the experience was even better he gave us a good break and the and best service anyone could ever ask for . They also do repairs on windshields and locks I would highly recommend them for .their prompt actions and attention . I give them on the scale of 1 to 10 a 15.
