    I agree on the need for better customer service & call me judgemental but All American must be the vehicles. I'd called prior to my visit & was told, "Yes, we've got that!" Like he had the dash piece right in front of him. I made my way there & was immediately pointed to the yard - large but nothing like my truck. I walked back, feeling defeated, to the front office. I was sort of shrugged off, but as I stumbled through the office, I actually found what I needed, under a bunch of stereos, oddly. It was only a little less than the dealer, but came with some switches I didn't have, so I tried to buy it. Cash Only. I went back with cash on Monday & got it. It wasn't unlike most salvage yards, just felt unwelcome there...

    The facility is nice, but customer service needs improvement. I called the facility to confirm they had the part I needed. The associate I spoke to you on the telephone said they had the part. I made a 30 mile round trip in Houston traffic, waited an hour for then to pull the part and was finally informed they did not have the part.

    Picked up a 2015 Ford Mustang 2.3L engine which looks to be in good shape. Victor was most professional and beyond helpful. Service was great and the facility was in order, clean, and organized.
