Got a quote of 600. When picked up only paid 400. Said something about catalytic converter. Not being correct.We called to to tell them that we had never had that worked on. Should have been complete as from factory. Husband called 2 different times hung up both times on him. When given quote we answered all questions we were asked.They said converter gone or empty. If it was tampered with done by some repair personwithout our knowledge. We acted in good faith. We feel we were.taken advantage of by the company.Were counting on the amount quoted. Very disappointed

I coordinated the pickup on behalf of my dad who struggles with English because he’s an immigrant. I confirmed that my dad was looking to junk a 2007 Toyota Sienna that was running until a few days beforehand. We weren’t sure of the issue so we were giving up on the van.It was coming with all the parts, inflated wheels, a clean title and keys. The only thing missing were the middle and back row seats since it was used as a work van.I confirmed with the scheduler several times that all my dad would need to complete the pick up was title and drivers license. I was told my dad would receive $550 for the vehicle, and I confirmed that nothing else was needed again at the end of scheduling.The next day, ~1-1.5 hrs prior to pickup, I got a call from the driver, Chino, who again verified the pickup address, that the wheels were not deflated, and that the van wasn’t in an obscure or obstructed location. I confirmed all the details.Fast forward a few hours, I called my dad to hear how the experience was. He explained that he was only given $300 instead of the agreed-upon $550. My dad wasn’t able to negotiate in English and relented to the $300, and I was infuriated that I wasn’t involved in the direct transaction to help my dad and that the driver took advantage of the situation.This is our first junk yard pick up process and I’m not sure if this is the norm or if a fast one was pulled. All I can say is that I’m severely disappointed with what resulted, and i would recommend verifying all pieces of information and having backup options prepared if you choose to do business with this company at all. I certainly will not.

Had a mild misunderstanding about the catalytic converter on my car when they came to pick it up. However that was resolved. Staff is friendly and willing to help sort out misunderstandings.Whoever called afterwords to ask about my experience came off abrasive..

They offered me a great deal in cash for my car. The pickup driver, Luis, arrived on time and was informative and professional.
