I bought a motor for the wind shield wipers for my car last week.turns i didnt need it i needed the transmisión for the wipes.so i went a week later ,yesterday to return it.and the manager named jose told me that the piece was used when i just bought it had the reciept and everything.i told him to look at where the screws went and to see if it was used and tried to tell him it wasnt when he was the one the Who sold it to me .we exchanged words and he didnt want to give me my refund.then went to a napa in sterling for a 2nd opinión and asked if he would accept but he told me they are different branches and he told me it looked new and he knew it wasnt used. Horrible customer service never coming back again.

Always friendly and knowledgeable service. Lots of parts in stock, good prices!Had to bump the review down one, unlike the other parts supplies places in town, they no longer have OBD code readers to let customers use to read codes on... But of course they sell them. For someone who has a couple old cars and can use logic, it isn't worth owning one of these to use once or twice a year especially when wherever you are buying parts from (assuming you don't buy online) typically has one you can use.
