I needed a door for my truck I talked with a sells rep Robert and specifically asked for a door that comes from the LTZ series, what I got was a door from a work truck... Meaning that all the wiring has to be redone, costing me time and more money to get my truck fixed and when I called to ask about the mix up all I got was " tried to get you the best looking door... If you don't like it bring it back" horrible service!!!!!!!!

Robert at Allied was so helpful when I needed to replace my transmission. The prices were reasonable but what really convinced me to use Allied over my other options was the ability to get a 3 year P&L warranty for a little extra money. With something that is pretty pricey to begin with, I didn't want to only have 90 days or even a year. I hope not to need them again any time soon but I would definitely start there the next time I needed something like this!

Day before Yesterday I deleted a 1 star review because it may have been too harsh, today I'm giving a 1 star review because they earned it. 2 straight days of trying to pick up axles, credit card wasn't good enough i provided my wifes card first, was told im unable to use my wifes card (fair) so i went back home and robert called me stating theyll only take cash or wire transfer. I told robert is was going to home grab my credit card in my name, he said no becaise of fraud, then called back saying pay half cash half card was ok, (money isn't green enough for these people) so I follow their wishes because of fraud or what ever, mind you im trying to buy 5600$ differentials. So I ask the lady at the front desk, hey I have my form of payment in full, is there going to be an opportunity for me to put eyes on the product I'm trying to purchase, she said no. I have to pay first, SHADY. I had to settle for a photo of these axles, oh and 5k axles no warranty. Great job guys, way to make Team PRP look horrible. I'll never be back. This isn't a matter of difference of opinions or views this is a matter of this company being ran by crooks and pos

It was a good way to get a part you need in a timely fashion. Although I didn’t end up purchasing the part I needed. I ended up returning it and getting my money refunded which also was a hassle free experience and I will probably end up using them again in the future on some of my other vehicles that need some work and parts.. my experience with this company has been a good one and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a part .

I don’t even know why I’m giving him one star but I’m I was there way too long. I guess they didn’t even wanna help me out. All they did was wanna try to sell me more on stuff that’s already been used and it’s way overpriced. I mean, give me a rusty want to sell me a rusty radiator for 70 bucks and it up another hundred dollars for warranty for however long they were very helpful to give you a ticket and you gotta go find it if it’s not what you want then you come back show the ticket buy it I thought when I saw it, I’m not gonna buy this. I’m gonna go out and get a brand new one to hell with it.!! I can tell you this. I’ll never go there again..

First , they sold one part and gave me a completely different part. And then after paying a shop to have that trash put in the car . come to find out it’s no good . And when i contacted Jerry (after hours of run around) i finally was told basically im shit out of luck because i cant afford to have it removed i would loss money trying to return this thing. So now I am going to be getting legal advice because now my cars unsafe to drive . And the refused to accept liability for their parts .

This place only wastes your time, I made a payment from Friday for a rear differential for a ford mustang 2020, January 24, 2025 to a clown who claims to be a salesman at that place named Robert, he told me that he was going to make the delivery on Tuesday, January 28, the day Tuesday I called him and he told me that they couldn't, it would be on the 29th, we waited all day and they never delivered the part, then I called him and he came out with the excuse that they had delivered the part to another workshop, they made me lose 4 days meanwhile I felt bad with my client, if you want to meet the delivery times with your clients this is definitely not the right place to buy spare parts and even less with the "seller" Robert

Payed for an engine 2 months ago. Sent me a faulty engine the first time waited for another one now the second one is bad too. Company is very unreliable and does not communicate with it's client. Didn't recommend doing business with Allied Auto Salvage.
