Great place, nice people, counter man Cory was very helpful. Drove 125 miles for a 16 year old door and it was ready for pick up, in great shape and very reasonably priced. Wish they were closer!

Okay, so first I go and get a swindle for my car they tell me it’s the correct side For the part and me not knowing cars figured they were right. They ended up giving me the wrong part, told me they would have the right part ready for me the following day by noon. It’s now 7pm and I haven’t gotten a call back they told me that they can’t get a bolt out and they were going to get it done before I had to go into work. They’re now closed for the weekend and I’m beat for fixing my car until next week. Horrible customer service. Hopefully I can still get the correct part at the end of this all. Sad I have to write this review.

I would first like to warn future customers, the owner is very unprofessional, has a BAD TEMPER, and is verbally abusive. I will elaborate on my entire experience later but for now I feel obligated to let customers know that if they want good service, repairs that work and to be treated with respect than I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! Very lazy workers. If you call they won't check and see if they have a part in stock. They make you come in and check for yourself. I also heard one of the workers call a customer a f***** to his face. The owner didn't seem to care at all. Go to bills auto in Tolland. Don't give these terrible people any business! Again... Inexcusable way to treat customers! If I could give them 0 starts I would!! Worst people!!! Don't give them your business!!

Bought an ignition coil from them, a couple of days later it failed. When I tried to return it they said it didn't have their stock number on it and wouldn't return it, waste of time and money

Great all around shop, major repairs down to the smallest these guys got it covered, they also do used auto parts at remarkable prices, ill continue to go see joe, zack, ricky, brandon and jason for all my auto needs

I think and over parts is a very good place to get your parts they stand behind them and they're very good when they work with you

Typical auto salvage yard , entrance is a little hard to find it is to the left side of the extra mart gas station
