Management is some young kid who hangs up on you after selling a faulty coil pack and nicely asked if they have someone on hand to verify test numbers and to come in and exchange item. Not big deal. But some kid who says he's the manager is soft and don't have a clue about what's he's talking about little baby. Go look on youtube. How about if you took coil pack and parts off cars they are tested by someone working there correct? Well yes he says then simply ask them whats up or put them on phone. Do you job. But suppose hard to do a job mommy and daddy gave you because you don't have any knowledge or customer service and can't get or hold a job working for anyone but mom and dad. Was my first time here And last. Other salvage yards in area much better prices parts and people working at said places. Read the other reviews....I should of known better. This business clearly has alot of bad reviews for a reason. Do business with this place at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend.

Helpful staff but the processes are long. Getting a payment submitted then having to look up the amount charged to my account just so they can verify we are legit. All this information is transmitted back and forth through email so we were 2 days before payment was submitted & before they could even go and look at the part to see if it good or not. They were also 3 days out on pulling parts. Then, 3 days later they call back and say the part is bad and unusable. As a repair shop time is money and just felt like the process here is not made with that in mind. Fraud is a terrible thing but so is SLOW service.

They sell ok used parts but not before a circus act to pay for it. We are a business with an account, yet they wont accept a check or card from an employee. Obviously there name doesn't match the card but it's a business. But If you fill out a couple page application and get approved they'll run a partial payment and let you play telephone tag. After a few days, they'll let you know none of the parts are good and you're SOL. Save your self the trouble and call anybody else in the area or check ebay. Shipping with a donkey will likely be faster. I have bought engines and transmissions from them and will call them again but only as a last resort..

Honest, fair pricing, and their word is their bond. Just a pleasure doing business with Mike, Bernard and their entire crew. Can't recommend these guys more. I drove all the way from Woodstock Illinois and was not disappointed. Thanks, Gentlemen.

weirdest and worst place for buying auto recycling parts / the owners operating requirements for buying one item over the phone with a credit card is like pulling teeth.. they take all your information and then who knows where it goes. My guess is they have an inside scam job working to steel credit card money in the back ground giving it to China or some other place. give them your info they then charge a small amount in my case their small amount was 138$ out of 600$ then I'm suppose to tell them the random amount by calling them before six however my bank don't show me the amount until the next day. bunch of hogwash for a single purchase. I would rather spend 100 more somewhere else. Then they told me they could not get the part for a week. Take your business elsewhere please and save yourself the headache.

First time being here at the junkyard they were super nice & helpful especially the mechanic there, let me borrow a 7mm for my wrench so I can be able to take these fuel doors of some of the trailblazers they had there & so I put them on my very own Chevrolet Trailblazer & both a perfect match. thank you so much! this has made my day I was treated very well & was respected & helped as well. thank you so much I will for sure come back if I need any other parts for my truck for one day. very happy with my items!

Parts get listed as complete but when you get there your price changes! Because they don’t really sell you a completed part . Front desk they are wonderful but the owner 👎👎👎👎👎 and that’s all I have to say.

Chances are one will waste time; as on phone there is impression from staff that stock vehicle is available only to realize this isn't so once you get to site. They should update their systems. Time wasted is also money wasted.

I called to get a quote on selling my old scrap vehicle. They gave me a quote and matched their price when I brought the vehicle. Fast and easy transaction from the friendly ladies working behind the counter. A+. I will be using them again in the future.

Found Jellison's online as they had a lower mileage engine for a vehicle i was working on. They swore up and down it was a good engine, backed by a 30 day gaurantee. Had the engine shipped, started swapping out the manifold(which was full of water, as well as one cylinder) and found metal bearing flakes in the lifter valley. Beings i was hopefull the engine was still workable and was going to install new gaskets anyway, i checked 2 crank bearings and they were spun. I called back and told them about it. They didnt return my call, so I called again and they said there was nothing they could do cause I took the engine apart. The guy was was also very unprofessional. This place is out to make a buck, and does not stand behind their word. Any mechanic who drained the oil(as they can only ship them with no fluids) would have seen there was a problem with this engine. Good luck! I would look elsewhere...

Well worth the 3 hour drive. These guys sell used/salvaged parts at the best price ever! Other junkyards think they have OEM painted to match brand new parts at insane prices! Thank you for being such a great help and being so friendly! I will recommend to many other people to shop used at Jellison's Auto Parts! 10 stars is my true rating! Thanks again!

This place is pretty much a joke, I pulled a decent amount of parts off a vehicle and called the desk for some help bringing the items I pulled up to the front since I had a decent amount of stuff, stood in the cold for over 30 mins waiting for someone to come help after being told someone would come give me a hand. Then I get told after I pay for rims and tires I should've payed for bald tires. Are you for real? The whole time I'm waiting for my parts to be rang up I'm pretty sure this guy with a dumb grin named Art was the one that answered the phone when I called and said he would "see what he can do" must be pretty blind and mindless like your parents giving you the must obscure first name. So I give this place the benefit of the doubt and go there the next day to get another part, and I'm driving over 2 hours away from home to get this stuff. I get the part pulled and help my friend get parts off of a motorcycle that isn't hidden/out of the way. I go to ask someone a question in the office and as I do so I turn around and see who ever operates the loader there drop a different bike off of the loader on top of the bike my friend and I were pulling parts off of, does this abrupt reckless maneuver less then 10 feet from my friend and yells at him we're not supposed to pull parts off of motorcycles, I'm sorry? Maybe don't leave them where people can get access to them? Do not come here unless you want to be flattened by an absolute lunatic.

Super friendly, fast, and beyond fair prices for what I needed. Plus they open an hour earlier than the others guys further up the way, so you can get on your project quicker. Definitely recommend. The only thing was I didn't see row markers that would've helped me find the vehicle I needed, but in all fairness, they could have been buried in the snow. All in all a successful repair was had, for cheap, and I'm happy.

Avoid at all cost! First time customer, worse experience ever! One staff told me the item I was buying cost $20, I went to the yard removed the part, came back; his coworker doubled the price. The first guy made up a completely different story trying to reproach me not understanding what he had said. Further, since it was my first time there I didn’t know I had to come with tools to remove the part I needed (a ratchet and 2 sockets) to remove a car door. They refused to let me borrow them. They proposed to sell me a tool set to just remove the door. Since I drove almost an hour to get there I didn’t want the trip to be in vain so I just bought it. I removed the door which were supposed to match (same color code), come to find out they don’t and they don’t want to refund my money. The only option they gave me is in-store credit. Their level of unprofessionalism and rudeness throughout the whole time was extremely shocking! Wow! TO AVOID AT ALL COST!

Went in for some parts off a car yesterday and got decent pricing on some items from a nice older gentleman. Went back today for some more parts and a different younger skinnier guy looked up each part on ebay and quoted me the most astronomical/highest prices listed online. I just turned around and walked out it was so appalling. It's one thing to make a buck, its another to try and price gouge a returning customer. Avoid this place at all costs.

WORST customer service ever. They treat peopple rude as hell. We the costumers go there to SPEND OUR MONEY and you treat us as nuisance, like a piece of trash. Remember this: You NEED the costumer, NOT the costumers need you, because there are more places better than you where to go!!!!!

I absolutely CAN NOT believe it took me 12 years to find this gem of a place! For being the handy ma'am, remodeler, electrician, plumber, wood craftsman, welder, AND mechanic for a single income family of five, I have to really pay attention to cost and value. I was forced to medically retire from my career five years ago due to being Dx with progressive MS. Losing half of your family's income so abruptly can REALLY change things. Thank God for my husband, my rock and best friend, he's kept us going. I'm able to fix things because the joke in my family is that I'm the son my father never had! This place let's me keep my cost way down while getting great parts!!! I haven't had to pay a big repair bill at an auto shop in years because I do my own work. And EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL I've interacted with there has been just phenomenal. You just don't find any better. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, JELLISON'S for being the best parts place a girl could ask for!!!!! #mswarrior

Good prices and the guys up front are great. Tons of snow on the cars which is fine, but if they were able to clear a path down the main roads, or even drive a snowmobile around a bit to pack the snow down it would be much easier to get around the lot. I found what I needed at a good price so I will definitely be checking Jellison's out again the next time I need used car parts.

Very cool junk yard with helpful staff that finished with the phone and actually came and looked at my car to help find the right parts. They didn't have to go out of the way but was super helpful. Did cost $2 to go in the yard but not a big deal for the help! would recommend even though I didn't find all my need parts.

Horrible first experience!!! Poor customer service from the start. We are a small repair shop, we ordered a used transmission from them which was not delivered when they said it would be. After numerous phone calls not returned, tons of attitude, and being fed excuses and that were not true, we found out it was not even out of the other vehicle yet. Days later we finally pickup this transmission ourselves, install it in the customers vehicle and it was no good. We called Jellison's giving them an opportunity to make it right. Matt was much more professional to work with, at least it seemed he was trying. More days go by and he finally found us another transmission, we installed that in the customer's vehicle and it was also bad. Jellison's only offer was for us to take the transmission out again (and lose even more time), bring it back, and they would give us back the original bad transmission, and refund us the $150 difference between the first and second transmission they sold us. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! We lost many hours of labor on this job, and are left with an unsatisfied customer. We will not be using them again. Way to establish good business to business relationships.

This place is a rip off, they give you one price for a part and then there is a change order when you try to purchase. Highest priced parts in the twin cities, they won’t except your offer, and start comparing prices online and add additional charges. They do not have a price list!! Pure rip off!
