First time being here at the junkyard they were super nice & helpful especially the mechanic there, let me borrow a 7mm for my wrench so I can be able to take these fuel doors of some of the trailblazers they had there & so I put them on my very own Chevrolet Trailblazer & both a perfect match. thank you so much! this has made my day I was treated very well & was respected & helped as well. thank you so much I will for sure come back if I need any other parts for my truck for one day. very happy with my items!

Got two different transfer cases from them, both times they were cracked. All they offered back was in store credit. Never again will go there.

Never had good customer service, parts pricing manager is rude and no service skills. Definitely suggest other yards for your parts.

Super friendly, fast, and beyond fair prices for what I needed. Plus they open an hour earlier than the others guys further up the way, so you can get on your project quicker. Definitely recommend. The only thing was I didn't see row markers that would've helped me find the vehicle I needed, but in all fairness, they could have been buried in the snow. All in all a successful repair was had, for cheap, and I'm happy.

It's been a while since I came here. Back then we would be able to just walk through the front gate. Walk in sign is blocked off with their front gate open. Rude as mfkin staff talking down to us pointing and saying we need to go around back to their front door like we didn't know ENGLISH. MFker need to talk to their customers, NOT down to them. They wouldn't even let us in if we didn't have a car we were looking for. Did NOT feel welcomed at all. Last time I'm ever going there.

Great people. I am not a seasoned car parts puller but I tried, with their guidance. When Mike realized I wasn't having much luck with what I was looking for he really went out of his way to help. Ended up getting the exact part I needed. I left dirty and super happy! Thanks Jellison's!

Much improved customer service, they may be brutally honest at times but if you weren't looking to make friends and find good working parts then Jellison's is a good place to search.

Good prices and the guys up front are great. Tons of snow on the cars which is fine, but if they were able to clear a path down the main roads, or even drive a snowmobile around a bit to pack the snow down it would be much easier to get around the lot. I found what I needed at a good price so I will definitely be checking Jellison's out again the next time I need used car parts.
