I’ve shopped at many AutoZone locations over the past 35 years and this location here in Buda Texas is beyond exceptional. Every employee takes their time listening and giving resolutions to my concern with all my vehicles. I appreciate all of you greatly!

I had to shake the door to prove to the employee that I wasn't just standing out front and freezing for fun... Over 5 minutes after the store was supposed to be open. Otherwise the stock is good, the prices are great, the employees are friendly and usually attentive

Was very happy to find the necessary tubing to end the nasty coolant smell in my Chevy. Nasty smell and it's bad for your lungs and heart. AutoZone had it for less.Chevy designers should have done better--it affects *many* owners.

First time visiting AutoZone in Buda. Went there to purchase brake lights ...to be honest not knowing what to get. I asked this guy at the front and asked him about brake lights for my Camry Hybrid. Maybe he noticed that I am clueless, so he said "Lets check your car lights so we know what you need." He checked and he told me that I only needing to replace my busted brake light. Paid them and then he said " Let me help you exchange it. I'll just get my tools.Mr. Dan Ford ( Store Mgr) Bless your heart for helping me and being so generous of your time.AutoZone is blessed to have an amazing manager that cares for his/ store customers.5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Customer Service

As a woman going to an auto parts store to get your check engine light looked at, I highly recommend Auto Zone. Staff is very helpful and they make you feel at ease knowing your going to get what you need.

This AutoZone has an employee by the name of Andres who makes no effort to help anyone.My nephew went in to get a starter exchanged under warranty. This guy Andres told my nephew that no AutoZone had the starter in stock and could not order the starter for him. So my nephew had to go elsewhere to get the starter. This to me was unlike AutoZone to be unable to order another for him. This piqued my interest, so I decided to get on my computer and check this AutoZone, low and behold it showed they had one in stock. I called and guess answeredwho andres. I gave him the part number and asked him if it was in stock, without hesitation he answered NO we don't have it in stock.I asked if he could call AutoZone in Kyle to see if they had one in stock so answered no , I asked him why ,he answered cause you have a phone and you can call him ( that's great coustomer service ) .I told him I would speak with the day manager, so he put me on hold and never came back on the line.Vincent then picked up the phone. He if he could help. I told him I was holding for Andres, he told me Andres had stepped out of the store. After a few words, Vincent says, let's start over.Vincent was pretty helpful and told yes we do have the starter in stock.THANK YOU VINCENT.In my opinion this guy Andres is losing lots of business for this AutoZone. Maybe management need to see if their sales have started falling since this guy Andres started working for them.

I always need lots of help in an auto store. The employees are always so patient and helpful when I go in. Tonight it was late, almost closing time, and I needed a new battery. There was still a little warranty left so they gave me a credit towards a new one. Even though it was late and dark, they still changed out my battery for me. Thank you!!
