Very helpful and attentive staff. I visited after purchasing a new car battery at Costco (they can't install, only sell), asking if AutoZone could install it for me. Unfortunately due to liability reasons AutoZone can only install product they sold, but they let me borrow their tools and walked me through step how to do it myself. I got it done, thank you AutoZone!

This has been my favorite experience at an auto zone, hands down. From the moment I pulled up the staff was very friendly. There was unforeseen issues with installing a new battery, but Adam and Ramone went above and beyond to get the battery installed, then after Ramone made sure my car started properly. On top of everything it was 30 degrees outside. I really appreciate their service.

Sorry for my "female" references, but a girl could get lost in here if they didn't ha8ve really helpful "male" staff who understood my uninformed descriptions of the part I needed and the gift I wanted to find to give as a great gift to my fiance for the garage! Super helpful and they didn't laugh too hard at my inability to totally describe things. Great place.

I took 2 battery korzen without a receipt I was gonna just turn them in but since I have an RV Brianna woman that was helping me Suggested that I could keep them and turn them in when I get batteries for my battery bank in my RV. She was very nice she came outside and pet my dog, she asked lol and we talked for a little bit, she's very knowledgeable I definitely recommend this location, there very clean and organised the place has a very large selection as well.

Worst customer service ever and will never visit again.. !!!!Went to this place yesterday (Saturday evening ) to check seat covers, mats and steering cover for new car we got. I recommend this place to my family and went with them.I had a question on seat covers and the "Old guy in the red shirt with autozone tag" said they don't know and I have to check around the store. If the item I am looking for is there or if not its not there and he said they cannot assist or listen to what I need ..!!I again asked " so you don't provide any assistance?"He said : " No we don't provide any assistance if I bring the item to the cash register they will do payment but there is no help in letting me know if they have the item I need.Can't even say Yes or No ?? Very rude people... !! Just working for the sake of salary and their living. They don't care for customers. Hire at least a person who is able to help customer... !!!!6 to 8 people working and not even one person to listen to a question and give any answer.. ???I have teams working I manage and I wonder what kind of people are managing this store..!!I felt bad to bring my family there to look for the items for our new car.. !!Such a shameful experience..!!Note : please do not copy paste your apology note ( which you do for every negative review you have )with an email address as a reply to this review. If you really care share me a contact number supervisor for escalation. ( I am that much frustrated)
