This is definitely the best autozone I've shopped at, and the best car parts store in Coffeyville. They are very helpful and Josh always goes out of his way to help me. And he knows Cars so that is a huge plus! He definitely deserves a raise for just how good he treats the customers. Excellent job. Great store.

Went in and needed help finding a part. The man at the counter went out of his way to fix what may have seemed like a simple problem to him. But it would have been a big problem to me. It was a bigger help then he will ever know.

Clean environment great staff including Jason who helped me with a wheel cylinder. Computers not so great kept shutting down or freezing up. The independence store runs a little better then this coffeyville store. Just hope my warranty is in the system.

What has happened to the quality of service at this store, it used to be they would meet and excede expectations to help thru all your mechanical needs. That is what makes the zone stand at a different level than the rest now I'm lucky to get the right light bulb more or less how to put it in . Take care of your employees so they can continue to take care of the customers Auto zone .
