Was at gas station across the road. I would not rate the one in coffeyville cents they have new people and like to give you the wrong parts s lot. Lately I have had better luck at AutoZone or Carter's

I always seem to shop at the Coffeyville KS location when there are younger employees working and they always seem to have there friends visiting; that need more attention, and always seem to be more important than the paying customers. The two employees that are usually working the afternoon and weekend shifts when I visit are very friendly and willing to help In any manor to there personal friends. There is plenty of attitude and a willingness to get the paying customer out the door as quickly as possible. Dont try to ask for more information on a part you may or may not have just purchased because they don't really have the time to look it up on there system because of all the other people in the store wanting there help with how nice looking the girl from last Saturday nights party was. Maybe not this bad every time I have visited but on more than 3 occasions its been just about as bad, thank goodness I have noticed the pattern and can just avoid those days and visit two blocks down the road. Its a shame they are wasting there talent.The two staff members are very knowledgeable and capable when they want to be. I could see them both in higher positions and I am sure better salaries if they could just visit here friends outside the work place and give better customer care to everyone.
