I had a great experience with this dealership. The day I bought my car a light came on, and I instantly contacted Al and let him know about it. Al had me bring my car in, found out what was wrong with it, he fixed it for me and I just love my little car!

I’m blown away at the audacity at this dealership. We agreed to meet on a Sunday and discussed that I would be financing the vehicle but after driving 6 hours and deciding to purchase the vehicle, I was told by Al that I could not leave with the vehicle until the money from my financial institution had settled even with me putting a 3rd of the vehicles price down in cash. I understand they want their money but it’s an official bank with an official purchase agreement which is legally upheld, so I do not understand the strictness. Most banks have a 1-3 day waiting period for money to settle. Do you folks just make every person wait three days to drive home in their car? Would not recommend doing business with this small car dealership. I’m out 12 hours worth of driving and gas.Edit after Al’s response:Al never tried to reach out to me prior to writing this review. After driving for nearly an hour, Al called to question my one star review instead of trying to sort out the confusion with accepting a bank.My financial institution (USAA) was ready to pay for the vehicle, It was just that Al said he wouldn’t deal with USAA online, over the phone, or through fax. He would only sell the truck once the cash had settled. Al wanted a physical check sent through the mail. Al does not realize most banks can fax a official check same day. You then start the process of waiting for money to settle. That takes 1-3 business days but USSA will write official documentation with proof of purchase to satisfy the dealership. Most dealerships, (if not all besides Al’s here) will accept this and give you the keys. As for the cash, Al would not accept a bank transfer, debit card, or any other form of payment other than cash. Not a big deal to me, I can withdraw 5k from the ATM once we are ready to buy. Why would I pull out 5k before the purchase if in case I decide the truck was not what it looked like online? USSA’s physical locations are in San Antonio so depositing 5k back into my account would be far harder than withdrawing it. This is common sense. Why not just accept USSA online with proper documentation and a 5k debit card transaction? Beats me.I guess next time I’ll be prepared to wait at the dealership for 1-3 days till the money settles.Second Edit:After more thought, I believe they were potentially trying to sell me a lemon vehicle. The truck had only one registered owner but five different sales through various dealerships. A friend and I went a few years ago for a specific vehicle. We drove from Saint Louis MO. This place did not disappoint. So many other vehicles to go back many times. Just going to look around is worth the trip. The owners are great to deal with

Very rude.. customer service doesn't exist here. better off ordering from ebay. She hung up on me before I could even finish telling her the series number of the drive shaft. Its a universal part from 2003 to 2018. was rudely interrupted and "told they ain't got nothing." With 10 seconds of the phone call. Ive called ever other salvage yard in the area they may have not had the part but they were kind and helpful enough to look.

Really nice people, good customer service, helped repaired my car after I bought it but overall great service, really good cars for nice prices!

Very poor service, very high, over priced pricing for the parts. I would suggest people order online or choose a different salvage yard. Just a bad experience all around.

It was a great experience buying from them. They were accommodating and very enjoyable to work with. I would definitely use them again in the future.
