    I just want to share that I broke down on I 59 at the Alabama Welcome Center at 3:30pm for some odd reason my power steering cap blew off my diesel,,and left me stranded,, I called AutoZone that’s where i get my oem for my vehicles,, Red and her coworker help me get the parts and she brought them to me I was fixed and on my way A++++ to this store

    Ordered brake shoes, when I picked them up they were missing hardware ,that I was told by the store clerk, could be pulled from old shoes and used. Not the case, had to take them all the way back and come to find out they had a set of shoes that fit my car sitting on the shelf in the back. But they got 3 stars because the lady that helped me when I returned the first set, was nice and polite. If they hire people that are not too lazy to go looking for something a customer needs, they would probably get a better rating.

    I highly recommend Auto Zone in Fort Payne.The staff is always friendly .The guy who always helps me Nick is very knowledgeable on cars and really enjoys helping customers.

    The staff has always been vary helpful I hate walk around a part store looking for something I know nothing about. always greet you as you walk in and ask what they can help you with even if it's in the front of the store the staff all ways gets it for me and they never have got me the wrong thing.
