    Awful customer service. Just stepped in to get a small part replaced on trunk mechanism and an older guy with glasses said "Sorry, we only change wipers". Keep in mind, there was only one other person in store and a Auto Zone in another city had changed the same part out for me 7 years ago. This man needs a lesson in customer service!
