Well I'll pick AutoZone any day over in O'Reilly's. Mainly because at O'Reilly's they sold me a fuel hose and a very high price when all I really needed was just a hot water line hose but they gave me a fuel hose instead and charged me four times the price

It's not that I'm hated it ,but it felt like the salesperson didn't really want to help me like at O'Reilly 's! Salesperson was nice and happy to help me at O'Reilly 's!

Treated my wife with a disrespectful attitude. When my wife asked for assistance in fillng our diesel truck with def fluid the sales clerk told her he didn't have to help, after her protest with bother clerk and manager under protest the clerk reluctantly helped fill the truck, he accidentally splashed def in her face and offered no apology. Only after a phone call did the manager apologize.

Young man got me my part and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Wished he would have been friendlier but he was helpful.

Had a battery checked which was bad. Bought one there. Super nice and very helpful.
