Got my struts and shocks replace on my Denali.Two minor issues was they ordered the parts on Tuesday morning and it took until Friday morning to get them.And when they did get them, I did not receive a call that they were in and to bring my SUV down. I just happened to call at 1pm and they said the Struts we're there and to come on down. So when I got there it was seamless from there, had the job done in 5 hours, just before they closed at 6pm.Zack was great handling the warranty company.Will definitely be coming back for new service. Or when they get the new Tahoe in.

Took my 2013 Tahoe in for a Airbag recall, I got in to leave after they finished and the little round guy decided to eat a breakfast burrito in my Tahoe and dropped scrambled eggs on the floor and in the console, I was upset and told the guy in charge and all he could say is, oh well I'll talk to him about it. How's that for great customer service.
