Made a 4pm appointment for a tire repair and an oil change. Due to my schedule, I dropped off my suburban early. Imagine my surprise when I got a call at 3pm saying my vehicle was ready! Always a great experience with Hoffpauir Chevrolet service center.

Got my struts and shocks replace on my Denali.Two minor issues was they ordered the parts on Tuesday morning and it took until Friday morning to get them.And when they did get them, I did not receive a call that they were in and to bring my SUV down. I just happened to call at 1pm and they said the Struts we're there and to come on down. So when I got there it was seamless from there, had the job done in 5 hours, just before they closed at 6pm.Zack was great handling the warranty company.Will definitely be coming back for new service. Or when they get the new Tahoe in.

Wife's SUV was towed there after being totaled, Lee Smith has been so helpful letting us get the stuff out that we forgot. Really good folks over there and Lee He's Ford House.

Took my 2013 Tahoe in for a Airbag recall, I got in to leave after they finished and the little round guy decided to eat a breakfast burrito in my Tahoe and dropped scrambled eggs on the floor and in the console, I was upset and told the guy in charge and all he could say is, oh well I'll talk to him about it. How's that for great customer service.

Service Department has always been outgoing and friendly when I have brought my business vehicles in for service. This was the first time since moving to Lampasas that we took our personal vehicle to them and they did a great job.

The experience was great, and service was fast and friendly. This was my first time visiting them as my preferred dealer for service as I didn't purchase my truck from them. That being said I will be a repeat customer when my truck needs service.

I had a oil change there this last year and they were superfast. The advisor was so nice. The waiting area is comfortable too.

After an unfortunate situation with Kwik Kar Lube in Copperas Cove, I was stuck in a bit of a pickle with my Chevy Equinox. Zach and the service department at Hoffpauir Chevy helped me remedy the situation in a very timely fashion. Not only was the service A+, I was met with friendly smiles and positive attitudes.
