Great experience with or purchase. Steve Ross was great to deal with. Walked us through the order process and stayed in contact with us throughout the wait. Our Jeep arrived earlier than expected, which was great. We live a few hours away and they made arrangements to have our vehicle delivered. Will definitely do business with them again.

Buying a vehicle is never really that fun. You show up early and sit for hours waiting for all the working parts to come together. Your met with the sales rep then he takes you trough the process of finding the right vehicle. Then you have to negotiate with the finance department to get the right price and payment. Well, it was not that way at all with Benny Boyd in Lampasas. All I had to do was go online and place a note telling them what vehicle I wanted. Within minutes I had a wonderful sales rep “Ashley” call me and ask some details about what I was looking for. I could tell right off, she took my needs to heart and worked hard to find me what I wanted. By the next day she had found me the perfect truck. I received a very good price for my trade and I also received a very good financing deal through their credit officer. My experience at Benny Boyd was truly remarkable and no hassle or stress whatsoever. The personal touch of sending me emails telling me how much the appreciated my business was extra special to me. They truly treat you like family there. I know the next time I ever need to buy another vehicle, I will definitely go to Benny Boyd In Lampasas. I think you should too. Blessings .

Had some maintenance done on a few of my vehicles here. The only place I’ll take my cars to. Bradley Krauss in service is very detailed and friendly. Doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. A little bit of a drive for me but we’ll worth the piece of mind

Took my son to pick up his 1500.Talked to service guy about my 2500, (and yes it was almost 5:30), service guy told me to bring truck around and they would take care of me. I drove truck around to service and was met by a young lady that was a total witch bag telling me they was closed, when I tried to explain to her that I just talked to a service guy just made her get uglier towards means she block me from trying to go inside.I have bought several vehicles there and Mr.Danny (sales manager) has always took good care of me and my family. But this witch in service may have ruined the relationship.

No longer dealing with this company. Two issues with them. 1. I have three vehicles I bought there. All were suppose to come with $8 oil changes for life. On one of my trucks they kept trying to charge me $18 even though they know otherwise. This last time they charged me $18 and told me I could no longer have my $8 changes and when I went to pay they are now charging 3.5% to use my credit card. When I told the person at the counter I was not told about the fee, per person said they should have told me when I arrived and checked in which I was not. I told her that it I was refusing to pay the fee and was told if I didn't pay it I could not have my vehicle back. 2. Buying a vehicle there is a joke. I went to buy two vehicles, had all my financing arranged, etc. and they wanted to charge me $8000 more than any other dealer. Also the sales guy never returned calls, and after talking to the sales manager who had me work with another sales person, they still didn't return calls, didn't like that I was using my own financing. So I went to a competitor and not only did I save the $8000 each, that company gave me an additional $500 because I bought more than one. This company has gone downhill, I will never do business with them in the future, nor will I recommend them.

Trenton was a great salesman, was very well educated and kept us informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend going to him if you need a new truck or car. Finance department was amazing and hassle free. They were not pushy to buy things you don’t want. This is the second truck I’ve bought here and will definitely be back in the future.

My experience with Benny Boyd was one of the best I have ever had with a Car Dealership.David and Finance made the process as seamless as possible.All details were hammered out and agreed upon by phone and email in 3 days and when I arrived at the dealership the truck and paperwork were ready.All the numbers were exactly as agreed upon,we swapped keys, I signed paperwork in and out in an hour.I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

Service department was very friendly. This was my first time coming here to get service for my dodge and the service person was very friendly and didn’t push anything else on you. Even their sales department was friendly and when I went to look at other vehicles while I was waiting. Will definitely go to them to get service from now on.
