They were the only auto Parts store in my town that had the air filter I was looking for. I would've had to go out of town if they didn't have it. Thanks Auto Zone for being reliable.

Update upon recent visit.Rude female employee. Also buy online pick up in store is a joke if the store cant pull 2 bottles of oil and a filter off the shelf faster than 8hrs. Then refund takes 3 days... laziness...smh.. that's why I avoid this store I'm sure others do the same

Store is operated by mostly rude and ignorant workers not all but most. I made an online pick up order, after waiting over five hours for two containers of oil I went to the store. Was rudely told I needed to wait for the order ready email. ( the store was completely empty except 1 other customer) I was told they couldn’t do anything about it in the store even though I was holding the oil. They were either unwilling or too stupid to figure out how to just let me walk out with it. So I canceled my order. Of course to receive a notification that the order is ready to pick up the moment I did, which was only an hour after I was just in the store. Now after a week I still don’t have my money back from the refund ...

Very friendly staff, helped me to figure out my battery change and made sure I left okay. Their service was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to Leo for help, and Joycelyn who answered questions on the phone. You guys are great!

The best customer service of all kinds and they are using mask at all times but they are not asking everyone to use a mask as they advertise on the main door that I don't thing is healthy nor professional. Other than that it is the best auto parts store in the whole town.

Yes they have all product for cars .. The staff's not always getting the part for my car correct also when I visit the store Im always strongly suggested to buy the higher priced product and cashier says its the only one for my model .. At times its the wrong one for my car . I dont like that I just want the exact product I get. . ive had to take back products 3-4 times. Bcuz it was more expensive and the wrong part for my car

I walk in close to Closing time And I was greeted with the smile and hello, right away walking in I felt this was the safe environment.to The workers had mask throughout the store was precautions put up with glass shields and markers to keep help guide your distance. The service Was Professional, Fast,and very well mannered. I have received this Treatment Not only today,But in the past and I know I'll received the same treatment in future. Didn't have what I needed, she said come back tomorrow our stick is on the pallet, went back today and still hadn't put stock on the shelf. Just went elsewhere. Counter girl has an attitude towards woman.

Fantastic service! The staff treats professional or the weekend newbies, each with the same professional service and respect. I was able to put a deposit down and borrow their tools that made; changing my brake pads possible, saving me a couple hundred dollars . Returned the tool and received my deposit back , it was a win win guy and gals! I know it is hard at time to ask for assistance, I basically told them I was an idiot, then, they went out of their way to help me to be able to begin and complete my project
