We were in need of some tools to help change an RV tire blowout and they had the necessary tools to help with this process. Their staff offered to help us find everything we needed. We were in and out fairly quickly ... and were able to get Marilyn (the RV) back on the road and to our destination (Fort Parker) with a new valve stem. Helpful crew indeed.

Went in for a battery and needed a courtesy install. Three employees on duty. Manager I assume said it would be a two hour wait and suggested I go to Walmart even though he wasn’t currently assisting any other customers. Went to O’Reilley’s and they assisted me in five mins. Never seen anyone try so hard to not work. Cost a sale!

I'm an AutoZoner for life. They bend over backwards to take care of each and every person!

All I did was recycle a box of dead batteries so they were properly disposed of (highly recomended) a gentleman was very nice and as a bonus on another trip a woman hotter than Anna N. Smith was working & after I got my breath back all I could say was Thank you (for saving our environment & making the world a better place) I will be doing my part in saving the planet one battery at a time.

Not my usual part store but they had the cabin air filter that Napa and O'Reilly's didn't have.

Called the store to get a battery. The lady answered the phone said they were fixing to close. I told her I was in groesbeck and she said she would wait for me. This lady is an awesome employee. Autozone is lucky to have her. She was very friendly and a big help.

Nice and clean. Employees are friendly. Just limited on available stock so you find yourself going back and picking up your parts later more often than not.

We had an unusual incident with a battery as of no fault of Autozone. I will not go into the issue due to others may try to scam Autozone. I called Autozone and explained the incident and the young man listened and said politely to let him get his manager. Christy the manager came on the phone and was so kind to listen as I told her I truly didn't know if I needed to call or not. She took my name and number and asked me to let her talk to her store manager and the next morning she'd call me back. The next morning Christy called me and told me how to very satisfactorily solve the issue. These folks were so kind to solve the issue in a great way for the customer. Kudos to Christy for looking out for her customers. I would recommend Autozone for batteries but most of all for great customer care!

I had to get some brake parts and what I really like about this location is that they greet you when you come in the door they're very friendly and courteous they exhibit service with a smile always helpful even when you call them on the phone there's no extended wait times like most other Auto Parts shops kudos to the employees at this location
