I had to call my insurance company to schedule a tow truck through my roadside assistance policy. This company was assigned to come tow my truck and it was a nightmare! Their faulty wench broke right as my truck was at the top of the ramp, causing it to roll off through my yard and into the trees. Had to wait forever for them to bring another truck, and then he drags my truck onto the tow truck while it is still in park. I called to speak to the manager. Tomas, and he nothing but rude & arrogant! Said oh well accidents happen. Tomas, then informed me that he himself put the policy in place to drag vehicles while they are still in park because, quote..."We've had too many roll off." He never once apologized for the damages or the inconvenience. Evidently this happens often so their equipment must not be very reliable.

Considering we only had liability insurance and we're paying out of pocket they found parts that were able to match our budget. They got they job done very quickly. I was so surprised and in aww when they drove my truck out cuz some said it was totaled.

Got our truck stuck in the pasture and they came out and wenched us out. They were extremely kind and helpful. They even helped us get the lawn mower unstuck as well free of charge (I know we had a rough day with getting everything stuck from the rain). Would definitely recommend using these guys for any type of work!

I had the best possible experience with Classic Paint and Body! I needed some collision repair on my car after a deer hit me. The repaired it flawlessly! Dustin was especially helpful. My road side assistance assigned their towing service to me. And hour after they were assigned to my they called and said it would take an hour and a half to get to me (my eta was 60 min) then they said there was no where in all of waco they could take my car. Got another towing company that took me straight where I wanted to go. These guys lied directly to me and yelled at ME because my car broke down late Saturday night. Like I chose when my car would break down. Rude people and liars.

I can only rate the quality of the wrecker/tow service, but it was definitely top notch. My truck broke down in a neighboring town, and my insurance company set me up worn service from Classic.They were very reasonable on price (the distance I needed towed was twice what the insurance would cover), and the driver Ruben, was one of the friendliest people I've ever met. I was very satisfied.I hope I never break down in middle of nowhere Texas again, but if I do, I know who to call.

I've had two cars painted and body repairs done here and they skimp on parts and paint to save costs to pocket the rest of the money insurance pays them. Two of my vehicles have already had paint flaking off from just a slight breeze and parts were ordered off Wish.com it seems. Parts and paint are of not the best quality. I would look elsewhere to have any paint and body repairs done.

Did a great job and very nice and fast dropped our car off the 9th of November got it back the 16th could have gotten it the 14th but was not ready for it to be done so fast.
