I went in not expecting the great customer service but left completely satisfied. I didn’t know the name of the part so I described it to Mitch and he went above and beyond to not only find what I was looking for but one that was within my budget. Next time your here ask for Mitch he will not disappoint!

Them boys took extra effort to get the right fittings for a brake line repair I'm doing, and we're very courteous, what are they pay them boys is not enough they did excellent job.

Worse auto zone I've been to manager was very rude and his assistant is worse than him. Will not be back until they have new staff

I wasn't happy about this trip in the store. The guy at the counter spoke to me like either I was bothering him because I walked in or I bothered him by asking for the part. Seemed really mad when I told him what part I needed and wouldn't go for the much more expensive part he was trying to sell me. I was ready to leave as quick as I walked in .

Customer service was good. The computer systems are so slow which made the wait time a little long. The employees need updated systems to help with their customer service. They have the parts you need or will be happy to order parts will be there within a day or two.

Gentlemen knew exactly what I asked for quick and courtesy. Recommend.
