I went in not expecting the great customer service but left completely satisfied. I didn’t know the name of the part so I described it to Mitch and he went above and beyond to not only find what I was looking for but one that was within my budget. Next time your here ask for Mitch he will not disappoint!

I wasn't happy about this trip in the store. The guy at the counter spoke to me like either I was bothering him because I walked in or I bothered him by asking for the part. Seemed really mad when I told him what part I needed and wouldn't go for the much more expensive part he was trying to sell me. I was ready to leave as quick as I walked in .

Customer service was good. The computer systems are so slow which made the wait time a little long. The employees need updated systems to help with their customer service. They have the parts you need or will be happy to order parts will be there within a day or two.
