Always friendly and super helpful employees. My first stop is this store on Cerrillos Road. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My wife has always been helped professionally here as well. Truly my go to spot for parts and advice!

Brought my battery in for a recharge, was ready the next day. They double checked it to make sure it was fully charged, and carried it out to my other car. It was great service

Excellent customer service. I needed something as simple as changing the brake and signal lights and a very polite young man helped me, his name is Isaac. Whenever I need something for my cars I come to this place. The staff is very attentive to customers. I definitely recommend this place !!!

What happened to a parts store being able to help you with your custom builds. What happened to the guy behind the counter being knowledgeable about the industry they are in. All they know at this store is what is on the computer. I asked for a simple keyed starter switch. The " manager" told me they are all vehicle specific, even though I told him I have bought one from them recently. He was not willing to help. When I asked him if he knew anything beyond his computer he stated he did not really work on cars. When I asked if anyone else did that understood what I was asking for he told me to Google it and show him. Wow. No wonder brick and mortars are going away. If I have to do all the research I can just order it myself. I shop at brick and mortars to keep the locals working. This is outrageous. I ended up going to Oriely's the they found what I was looking for in 2 minutes. When I asked for the regional manager I was told I could Google it. Then he told me to leave. Really unimpressed. I own over 6 vehicles and have shopped at this store for over 25 years and now I will never go back.
