I recently went into AutoZone to purchase a battery and I was impressed how easy and fast the whole process was. The store manager helped me so that was a plus and he was on it. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

A couple days ago I went in to buy a new antifreeze after mine was stolen lol … the manager Maritza was super helpful and understanding. she even recommended ones that were better than the one I had before

Best autozone in Ventura county ! I think I trust the workers here more than mechanics. I was about to get the cheap window wipers when maritza recommended me to get a higher quality ones and they were amazing !thanks ritzz and s/o to axel too

Not the type to write a review about a place , but honestly this is my GO TO autozone! They have amazing customer service and are VERY helpful! The manager was very knowledgeable and very honest which I appreciate ! Literally the best (:

Used to be great. But now...I checked AutoZone online, parts were in stock, so I went to AutoZone to pick them up.I used a commercial accont thinking I'd get a discount.Turns out I paid 2 dollars more using the account then if I'd simply ordered online and went to pick them up.I wish I had followed up, but was told to let it go.

The guys at the counter not only replaced my battery, but lent me a tool to install. So friendly and helpful

went in to autozone and met with Dom he was a great help and knew exactly what i needed and what i was looking for and even gave great explanations on everything. great help

They have such a big selection compared to the other auto zones

I was there today to buy windshield wipers and the young man who waited on me was very nice and super helpful and fast. He quickly found and installed the wipers and told me it came with free windshield cleaner. He was friendly and does this shop proud. This visit was just after 3 PM on 9/11 at this E Harbor , Santa Paula autoZone.
