I honestly wouldn’t ever waste my time stepping into the store you ever again from the moment I walked in the Energy changed completely. Unfortunately, for us, we did not receive great customer, Service. Not Sure if it was a star owner, but He decided to say “ I’m not trying to be a dick. I’m just upfront”. No matter their circumstances, you need to watch how you talk to customers if you’re trying to run a business. When we’re trying to explain our situation, he cuts us off. Maybe he was just having a bad day ,but Take my advice and just go to AutoZone Not only will you get the part brand new But almost at the same price and with Warrantee…… Response to owner: You might be confusing me with another customer, but I did not go to the back and help myself like you say even if I did happen to go to the sign what if it was my first time there there’s no reason to be rude and be a dick run your business better I could contact the BBB if you would like. Since you deleted my post, I will post it again

I have an old Honda and John (as well as Gina and Jr.) have been more than helpful in sourcing parts for the small repair job I have for the car. The car is old enough to be called a "classic" and parts for it are not easy to find under any circumstances. Straightforward and pleasant to work with, I will return to them for further assistance on items for the car I hadn't even thought about wanting!
