The other auto parts store didn't have enough of the spark plugs I needed. Came across the street to here and they hooked me up!

Employees are always friendly and helpful. We go in so much they know my husband by name. They are quick in helping and go above and beyond to get us what we need in a timely manner, especially when an item has to be ordered.

Purchased a new battery 6 months ago ...ts completely dead ...took it back to auto zone who says there batteries have a 90 DAY Warranty...I will never purchase anything from auto zone ....especially a car battery ...

I’ve been going to this Auto Zone since I was 16yrs old. Every single time I went in I was always greeted by a sweet man who would help me find whatever I needed and never made me feel like a “stupid girl” for not knowing car things. It’s unfortunate I went in there yesterday with my father and was disrespected by one of the female employees when she tried to mansplain to me why there are two different sizes of windshield wipers when I asked her to remind me of the size I needed for my vehicle. It’s sad that women need rude to other women but alas thats part of the reason I left AZ. To me it was a clear sign of disrespect. The male employee who checked us out was super sweet.Anyways O’riely is across the street and I’ve heard great things about them :)

Everything appeared fine until I checked the power steering fluid they said I needed a quart of!! Then when I checked the very expensive battery, it was corroded already. No problem with the return...that was the GOOD part.

I want to thank Tom and Alex for all your help. we have 2016 Chevy duramax, that has 2 batteries. We were camping at big lake, truck had1 dead battery. Got a jump and drove to autozone, they gave me water for our 2 dogs, and were very helpful, thank you so much guys, we got home safely. Thanks again Dawn Krause.

Noticed our battery was dying and needed replacing after leaving church one Sunday. My husband rolled up his sleeves and was prepared to change the battery in his nice clothes, but one of the staff members offered to do it for us! Great customer service! Love Auto Zone for this reason.
