I went to Horne to look at options for a work truck. I know my credit isn’t in the best of shape, but I was prepared to try and even had a co-signer ready to go. I wasn’t approved for the amount I needed for a truck I picked out. This was around 5 pm when they gave me the bad news. No problem. I didn’t think it would work anyway with my credit, but I had my co-signer with me. It was a few minutes after 5 pm at this point and understandably the banks are closing and so is the store. I was assured they would work on it first thing in the morning and call me around 10 the next morning. I didn’t receive a call, so I texted the gentleman that was working on the sale for an update and he called me stating that they couldn’t do anything unless I had another co-signer. I didn’t have one, but they didn’t run the credit of my co-signer in the first place but told me his credit didn’t help me enough. They didn’t run his credit. At all. I’m assuming it’s because he is young and they didn’t think it would make a difference. So instead of looking for another co-signer, I purchased a truck at a very similar price as the one I was looking at at Horne with my co-signer. We were approved by MULTIPLE banks. Horne lost my sale, lost my trust, and lost my confidence in them. When it comes to repairing my current vehicle with an insurance claim, I’ll go somewhere else because Horne left quite a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know if it was the salesman or if it was the credit team that dropped the ball, but this is a confirmed lost sale considering I got a very similar truck with a very similar cost approved with the person they didn’t want to give a chance to. I’m disappointed and will no longer trust a small town dealership to do the right thing.

I made an appointment to get my vehicle worked on and was greeted by Jim Burnett. He was very pleasant and professional and let me know at every step what my vehicle needed. The work was done by what must have been a very qualified technician because my vehicle ran great. This dealership has top notch people working there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I scheduled an oil change with Horne GMC on the Silverado we recently purchased at Horne Motors. Jim Burnett took care of us very professionally! We will definitely be using Horne on the Deuce for our service work!

Carlos was very helpful during my visit. Had a bad shock on new truck and had transmission exchange. So far all looks good just waiting on shock. This was my second time dealing with Carlos both times he was great. I would like to see specials on 10 speed trans exchange kind of high on the cost.

Shane was great and gave me a fare amount for my trade in. Very nice and willing to work with you. Miss commutation with finance so just ask lots of questions. Small problem with vehicle leak but they were willing to do anything to get it resolved. Overall great place thanks to Shane.

Had a 4 wheel alignment done on my Subaru's new tires. Service personnel were very professional and got the job done right. Also the $40 service special coupon made it even better.🙂

I had been looking for a new Subaru Crosstrek for months but due to the chip shortage I had been out of luck. Luckily I found one with Horne, I was very impressed with the level of customer service from Richelle and Ryan. They made trading in my old Hyundai Sonata effortless and I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle as I had been feeling through other dealerships. The staff are so energetic, kind and enjoyable to be around.

I was visiting Show Low and had a critical issue develop on my pick-up; Jared found time to diagnose the issue, order the part and install it within 3 days. Jared was friendly, helpful and his attitude was one of really caring - he was incredibly helpful, and this all occurred while he was swamped. I could not ask for better or finer service anywhere, and it is sincerely appreciated. This was "service" that I as a customer dream of but rarely see. The standard of service I will now use is what I experienced with Jared at Horne Chevrolet.

Our other vehicle is a Ford f150 we thought they had good customer service. Your service center in Show Low, AZ is amazing and they truly act like they care and treated us like family. The waiting area was even comfortable, they really do care and think about the customer's needs.
