Save your time and go to O'Riley's or Napa. The "children" working at this AutoZone have nothing but an attitude, and are rude. I've had an unpleasant experience the last 3 times I've gone to this location. The employees seem to be inconvenienced when you ask them questions, and appear to be more engaged with their phones rather than providing a decent customer experience. This last time I had my receipt thrown at me, and the employee who threw it at me stormed off into the back of the warehouse with an attitude. Just go to O'Riley's who have courteous, knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to help get you and your vehicle back on the road.

Parts wise they are pretty good. But they could hire much better customer service an could also be much more knowledgeable on the parts they sell. But for a quick easy part they are great.

Fast service, very helpful. Went in to buy snow chains for my truck's specific tires. The service person did the research and found what would work for me.

Ordered parts w an ETA of 1230pm. Waited until 3pm only to be told it wasn't going to be in until 4pm. Lady clerk tried to tell me I don't understand what ETA means. I turned around disgusted at their attitude and left. Cut to today, they STILL didn't have the parts and told me they wouldn't be able to get them, wasting two trips to town and 4 days of my time. The ppl "helping" me proceeded to laugh at my being upset that they sold me something there was no ability to deliver. Disgusted and violated. Never again.

HORRIBLE service by Rosa and Cherokee management. Rude, angry looking, they seem like they hate life, that job and you! ZERO customer service skills with a side of lets go outside to fight. Its apparent that they will hire anyone with a pulse. Go to elsewhere if you want to be a valid customer.

Was having a ton of trouble with a car that came from sea level. All the mechanics were booked solid and the prognosis was looking pretty bad - but Rose saved the day, by suggesting an $8 fix that seems to have solved the problem completely. Very grateful for her wisdom in recognizing that it was a simple and common problem, with an easy fix. She saved the day in more ways than one!

I wish i could have given a 1/2 star. Do they not have any training in this store? Im told they have a desperately needed fuel pump when i called at 10:17 am. They placed it on hold i was told. Day goes on i get to Taos amd they actually don't have my fuel pump. Bad inventory? They blame the computer? Why would one not physically put the part to the side and know you have it before you even tell a stranded customer it is there. Poor training management and all around just poor customer service amd even worse of an inventory system obviously. Another lost customer. Too late to get elsewhere. Thanks

I would give them 5 stars but I was given the incorrect parts for my truck. I even had to pull up the part on my phone because they couldn't find it on their computer. Maybe need to update their system. Other than that, very nice employees.

Several of the male employees are rude both over the phone as well as in person. The female employees are courteous and knowledgeable with soecial attention to detail. I won't be shopping at this location. Vegas has better service!!
