Found myself in need of a new battery on one of the coldest days of the year. AutoZone's employees were considerate, helpful and even smiled while replacing my battery in the cold weather. I greatly appreciated their service and highly recommend this store!

My Dad is in his 90's, and got stuck with a dead car battery. Fortunately he was a few blocks from Auto Zone, West Lafayette. I am in Seattle so could not help him myself, but after expaining the situation to the team at the store (thank you Hunter and others) they volunteered to bring/install the battery to get Dad out of the cold weather. We are so grateful for the professionalsim, kindness and care! These guys are true pro's - with a heart!!

Popped into AutoZone recently needing wiper blades. Thinking this was still my 1971 Chevy's wiper blades, I proceeded to try to put them on myself and was completely bamboozeled. I walked back into the store, showed the guy at the counter my receipt and humbly asked for some help. He laughed, had a great attitude, came out in the parking lot and had all three blades on my 2015 Chevy SUV in about four minutes, all with a fun conversation. I was very impressed and grateful. Purchased a Duralast Platinum battery July 2020 for my 2008 Acura RDX. Battery went bad, and the West Lafayette location honored the 36-month free replacement policy cheerfully. I did have my auto tech check out my electrical system prior to returning the battery, and I think that helped. Another reason I've been an AutoZone customer for a few decades now!

I came in at like 9pm when it was raining to buy a battery jump starter because my battery was dying regularly. Chris offered to instead perform a battery analysis and suggested I replace the battery to fix it for good. He then helped me find the right battery for my car and installed it for me on the spot, despite the late hour and the rain. He was such a life saver and a great guy. Thanks Chris!

I came in just before close with a dead battery and Chris was a god-send! Despite the late hour, he was happy to help, tested my battery for me to make sure it was fully dead dead, and even gave honest recommendations for a new one. Thanks to Chris, I was back on the road in no time. (It honestly took me longer to get my car jumped than he took taking care of my battery and getting me on my way.) AutoZone's got a grade A guy. it wouldn't kill them to offer assistance with putting in a new bulb. i'm a customer. shouldn't feel like i'm an inconvenience to them by having to go out of my way to ask about it

Absolutely incredible service here!!! I was experiencing what seemed to be a battery drainage issue and the gentlemen assisted me with sourcing the problem as a bad alternator. Good old auto zone when you just have to get that part you need

The car battery I was looking for is 100 dollars more expensive here than at another store (The price of the battery itself; there was no installation service). The battery brand they sell also has worse performance reviews than the cheaper battery brand. When I returned the overpriced battery, they refunded the amount that I paid, but not the value of the dead battery I traded in, which is another 20 dollars. I feel extremely ripped off by their price points.
