    I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!

    Got in, got a battery, and got out faster than my aunt (we call her Large Marge) to the buffet at my wedding reception. The staff are friendly and respectful. They offer a great military discount and the warranty on their batteries is one of the best available.

    Have a 2008 Smart Fortwo car that needed a new battery, tried AutoZone and they didn't think they could install it due to covid restrictions. Called Interstate and they said to come on over and they would looks at it. Was in and out with new battery in less than 15 minutes! Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend it!!

    I will not go back. Buying batteries for over 10 years here.Never asked for a core until last time. I have no problem bring core in.But I don't like being called a lair! Tall red hair with bread comes out and says I worked here 5 years and we have always required a core! News to me. Told them I'd take my business elsewhere. They where fine with that.

    Tried calling them 20 minutes before they closed. No answer. Continued to try until closing time - always went to a voice mail that said "sorry, no one is available". So, went to AutoZone instead.
