Nuts, bolts, washers and little odds and ends like bulbs and fuses - they add up but here you get a great deal. Why buy at full price what you can get yourself for major discounts? Went in here for the first time to look for some parts. The initial appearance of this place is shocking; no where to park as all spots are taken by customers or junk cars, terrible road in and dirty office. I do understand that it is a junkyard but it could use some cleaning and organization. The guy at the counter was fairly quick to help but hasn’t learned basic customer service as he was quick to become annoyed with me when I didn’t know the “rules” of the yard even though I hadn’t been there before. I tried asking about prices for specific quantities of parts and he just cut me off and told me to go get the parts and bring them back and then he would tell me. I didn’t have time to go get 50 relays and fuses only to be told some random price. Also, if you don’t end up buying the parts due to some random price, you have to go out and put the parts back in the vehicle according to the “rules”. After that encounter, I talked to another employee who gave me some pretty high prices on a core GM engine, transmission, and transfer case. All in all, not too impressed.

B&R is my favorite place to look for car parts. They have a huge variety of cars so the likelihood that they have what you're looking for is very high. They offer to pull parts for you for a nominal fee, or if you are savy enough they let you pull your own parts. I have been able to save myself many a headache from searching online for parts I need and waiting for shipping. I just go to B&R, pull the part I need, and install it same day. They also have a great 30 day return, full refund policy. Great place to shop for quality used car parts.

B&R has been the auto wrecking I first call and will always be so. One thing bothers me. I burnt up my Saturn engine so I called B&R for another. They had one but didn't know the mileage. Being a retired mechanic I can tell you they knew the mileage, but didn't want to give it to me, or anyone else, because it had over 230M miles on it. Who wants to go through the trouble of changing an engine in their car when it's got that high of mileage.

Part was late, guy that answered the phone in parts seemed to hate his job as he was very “meh” with me. Customer service means everything now days and that means answering the phone correctly. Will update when part arrives and is inspected thanks. Service: Part finding & extracting

Great. Yard to pic through, fair prices also.Didnt have any 04 dodges but had the other stuff I was looking for. I like the guys that work in the bend yard.The worst part is trying to talk with the bend yard. The operator isnt from around here . cant tell you any thing. And wants to ship it to you. If I wanted a part next week I would be on amazon. Some of us ppl like the old school ways.Still they are better than the competition ,here any way. Like I said its worth the trip to bend .

Good honest people doing good work. So glad they're close by in Central Oregon. They're my first stop for anything I don't want to have to buy brand new from little trim pieces to engines and transmissions for swaps. Thanks B&R for being a reputable company to central Oregon

It's It's good yard. Bring your own wheelbarrow if you're getting a lot of stuff. The crew is helpful.
