My Rep Ted Miland took good care of me at B&R through out the entire process. He was very attentive and always quick to respond to my messages. There was an issue with the engine i bought, it was still under warranty, and they honored that warranty and got me back up and running . There’s always small issues that come up when doing an engine swap , but it felt good to know B&R and Ted were on my side the entire time. I highly recommend calling B&R first before going anywhere else for your parts.

B&R is quickly becoming my go to for parts. Their prices are fair and sometimes even rival the prices of self-serve wrecking yards. Customer service is good, although, they're not super easy to reach by phone, however with their sales representatives and online live-chat, it's pretty quick and easy to get the answers you're looking for. The online ordering process is also fairly easy and low stress, although the website search functions are a little clunky and could use some improvement/debugging. The on-location staff is very friendly and solutions oriented. A part I recently needed wasn't quite ready, but was told it should have been. They offered to ship the part to me free of charge, especially since I had traveled quite a distance to pick the parts up. They are also pretty good with condition reports on the parts as well. The parts I received were in much better shape than described and came with parts attached to the assembly that other wrecking yards would've taken off, damaged during dismantling, or charged for at the door.

Made me stand there for 25 minutes waiting to check in, when it took me only 30 seconds to look at the item that Joseph suggested I come take a look at and realize that it was too damaged for me to use. Very disappointed that I had to wait nearly a half an hour to go into the public area, only to realize that I've wasted a half an hour of my day when we had to find something before everyone closed at 3:00 p.m. and not very cordial either. Do yourself a favor call the office and ask for Joseph, he'll find all the parts you need, don't mess with the yard until you've called him. You're wasting your time maybe like I did.

On December 2nd I called and had a side mirror pulled for my vehicle. Once I arrived in store the next day to pick it up they had pulled the wrong side. I didn’t really worry about that because I started talking to Seth and he told me that the side I needed they didn’t have at that location and he was going to have it shipped to me since I didn’t live in the area. Seth told me as soon as he got it shipped and had a tracking number he would call me back. Just over a week goes by on the 11th and I still haven’t heard anything so I called back and as it turns out the shipping wasn’t paid by anyone so the order was in limbo. I was unaware of this as I was told a week prior I didn’t need to do anything else while I was on site and they would call me with a tracking number. And no one called or notified me of this. So while on the phone I paid the shipping in hopes that I would finally get the mirror. Once again I was told I would get a call back with the tracking number. Two weeks goes by and still no call with a tracking number. I just assumed they forgot and the mirror was in the mail and almost here. So I called to get the tracking number and the status of the order. Seth couldn’t provide me with a tracking number because the order still wasn’t shipped or processed. That was on the 23rd and I was told once again they would get it figured out and call me with an update and a tracking number. It is now the 2nd of January and I still haven’t heard anything from them. I have already paid for the mirror and the shipping. And no one is communicating with me on this order. If you have to deal with them shipping anything don’t bother with this company.

Josh answered the phone and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Everywhere else I called they weren’t as helpful or polite. I definitely recommend giving these guys a shot. I’ve been in automotive repair for a while and can tell when a dismantler is trustworthy.

I Recommend going to the Henderson Location. Joe was extremely helpful, he walked us to the location of the parts, brought one of the cars down on a forklift and when we bought the AC compressor he hooked up a nice discount. I'll be going back for sure.

Whenever I can receive the part that I've ordered I'm generally satisfied, but over the last five times I've used the website to order there's always an issue. First, there's supposed to be an email or call when the order is ready for pickup, and there has never been one in the time I've ordered parts from here, which has been several years, and when I reach out they're usually unsure if it's completed or not, so I go down to the location. When I arrive either I'm told to go to the back where they're unable to find the part, or I'm told at the counter that the part is cancelled but they're unsure why. When it is cancelled they're unsure of who is going to issue the refund or when it may happen, and after asking several times I'm told that the commerce department needs to be contacted because it's not an automatic refund on a part that they cancelled. I’m unsure if this is a commerce department issue where every part I order has already been sold when I purchased it or my location, but it’s not the greatest waiting a week or two each time to find out the item I thought I was going to get, I will not be getting. I enjoy the ability to order online so over the span of a year I've just hoped that each occurrence is a fluke, but I cannot order a part without an issue occurring. The most recent part I ordered over a week ago has no update, no contact, I've had to reach out to them as the order still says processing. But although it still says processing my credit charge was reversed, which sounds like once again an order has been cancelled and no one has reached out. I've spoken to Michael from the Oregon location in the past who is extremely helpful and friendly, although it seems my particular location has issues. Michael assisted me in ordering a carpet for my car at one point to my location in which insisted they didn't have that was shipped from Oregon, but after him calling them several times, it showed up and was given to me less than an hour later in what seemed like dismay to them. Edit: I was spoken to regarding this experience, and on my most recent order there was a significant improvement in communication, including images of the item before it arrived. (Thankfully it wasn't cancelled.) The most recent experience was wonderful but to be expected after being spoken to, hopefully it is consistent in future experiences as well, I'll update as I have future orders to speak from.

NEVER COME HERE!! They wasted so much of my time. They don't make it easy to contact them over the phone. When I did finally get ahold of them, I was instructed to verify that the transmission was in acceptable condition. I drove 45 min to be told they needed 2 days to pull it from the shelf! The only thing that kept my spirits up was that the girl at the counter LITERALLY fell asleep in front of me at least 3 times. I don't know but after a bit of negotiation, I left with the understanding that they would have it ready for me the next morning. Once again, I drove 45 min to pick it up and....... NOPE. Not even a call or notification that they could not locate the part. I will never be coming back to this sorry excuse of a business again.

Would reccomend for a pinch. They were a little short or busy and my Spanish is terrible so no biggie. They are a decent sized shop and will work with your schedule, or let you source parts. $900 for a dmv inspection/cert, tow, after installing bumper, two headlights, tail light and trunk light. I provided the parts bringing it from $1800. This was a quote but if I had just nodded my head, they would have charged it. They had no problem with me leaving it there almost a month though. And you can source new parts from Amazon/partsgeek 30% cheaper than them, the parts yard down boulder 80%+ cheaper.

Ordered a driver side seat with electric controls, the whole process was simple and quick over the phone, had to wait since it was shipped from out of state. The problem was when i went to go pick it up i did a quick inspection of the seat, some tears but i was told about that before I purchased it. For some reason someone im assuming from b&r decided to cut instead of unplugging the wire harness, which i thought was pure laziness because it was little to know effort to unplug it from the original seat i was replacing. Any ways what should of been a type of plug n play situation i have to spend over an hour splicing every single wire, thankfully the seat worked.

I ordered a part pre-paid and was told to pick up the following day at their N Las Vegas yard. The following day I was told there was a problem with the part and it would be a delay because it was coming from their Henderson yard and if I wanted it earlier I could go there and pic it up it was ready. Up on arrival to Henderson I was given a receipt and told to go to the back to pickup the part. After waiting about a half hrs I was told it wasn't there and that it was in N las vegas. I called N las vegas yard and was told they would confirm it was in Henderson and call me back which they never did. I received part the following day in N lasvegas a total of 4 days late and 80 miles worth of travel. I would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone

I ordered 3 things from this place on a Wednesday. A trunk lid with a spoiler, back window and a spare tire. All for a 2010 genesis coupe. They told me it will be ready Monday. Monday came around and it still wasn’t ready. Wednesday came still not ready. I ask can you just deliver it to the auto shop where my car is being repaired. They said yes and it will be there Thursday. Friday came and still nothing. Then Monday came around and supposedly it will be there Tuesday. 1 part Tuesday the other parts Wednesday. Tuesday nothing. I called again and they said Wednesday. Wednesday morning I called everything is on the truck and it will be delivered. Part’s finally delivered but the trunk lid I ordered didn’t have the spoiler that was suppose to come with it. I called again it will be there next Tuesday. I spoke to the sales person Francesca so many times that I got fed up and spoke to another sales person named April. Not sure if it’s the sales lady, or the one pulling parts from the junkyard or even the driver but I do know it shouldn’t take 3 weeks to get parts. I recommend you never go here. You pay for parts but have to wait 3 weeks for it?? If they would have told me this in the beginning I would have gone somewhere else. Don’t use them!!! The frustration factor isn’t worth it. I even asked for a discount and I got nothing. Let’s see if the spoiler comes next Tuesday. I would be surprised if it did. This place sucks

They are selling me the best parts I have rebuilt vans, A Volvo, rebuilding a motor now I only paid about $400 for it and it doesn't need anyting I just wanted to rebuild it because they charge fair. I just got four awesome awesome high-quality off-road rims and tires all four for 300$. That's as much as one tire new b&r rules the world

Honestly my honest opinion I love b&r the fact that I got my transmission sent from Washington to vegas was just amazing there customer service amazing the I got a core return so I got money back for a old transmission amazing I recommend b&r to anyone and everyone

Called for parts know vehicle was mostly intact. The part I needed is attached to one they are trying to sell but told me they do not list the part I want so they couldn't sell it to me. Then after all that tried to sell me other parts from the same car.

The customer service here is top notch. We have bought 5 engines and miscellaneous smaller parts over the last 2 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of the items. They have even gone so far as to re order an engine that didn't meet their requirements to resell without us even having to get involved. Most parts places you will have to take the bad engine then show what is wrong before they will order you a new one. Not B&R, they saw the problem and reordered before we even saw it. It took a few extra weeks, but we didn't have to put a bad engine in and then figure out it was a bad engine and then take it out and THEN take it back for a reorder. Just truly top notch service here.
