    It is a long wait to be seen at the counter but they were the only ones to have the side view mirror that fit my car. Pick&Pull actually recommended them after they didn't have the part within 500 miles. The girl that helped me was nice and had the other part I was looking for shipped straight to my house. I was hesitant to return after a bad experience my first time with them, waiting an ungodly amount of time to be helped at the desk and being sold a part that was not compatible with my car despite being told it was, this experience was pleasant and all the parts were what I needed. I will be returning.

    Put in an order for a part took my credit card info and never shipped part out . Called 4 days later said call you back still waiting for callback . What a joke this guy is jr.cruz

    Good waste of time. I ordered a rear bumper reinforcement on 8/5/24 (paid with credit card over the phone), was supposed to be removed from vehicle and sent via UPS on 8/7/24. Email with tracking information was supposed to be sent the same day. I received no communication whatsoever. I finally called back in on 8/14/24. They told me they removed the bumper on 8/13/24 and it was rusted out. Complete waste of time.

    They were very helpful and found me an exact match with the correct parts. They were honest about any issues with it and gave me a good price. Very pleased with the service and I would definitely come back again if I need more parts!

    This guys not answering on any question, pictures showing that they got a car and they keep saying that they don’t have it without trying to find a part and hanging up a phone, all the guys the way to old to work there if they don’t have much nerves to work with customers

    Spanaway location has been permanently closed for 5 years according to an employee. Edited the review to 3 stars due to the company being good but they need to update to show this location as permanently closed.

    No stars! These guys will respond to reviews on here where the public can see but, they don't follow up. Don't waste your time or money. I'm still waiting for replacement seats for my car. They replied to my review and I responded to the email they gave me. It's been a week and I've heard nothing.

    Bought a headliner, didnt want to take it but it was the only one I could find. Wish I would have taken pics. Cant now its been detailed twice. It was nasty and greasy. The yard guy that pulled it forgot to wash his hands and left greasy hand prints everywhere. I was charged for a 9 out of 10 shape. Received it as a 2 out of ten. Tried to complain but was told it wouldn't do any good. They didn't have another one. But I could return it but would have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. Update... The gentleman that took the order to begin with called me , unhappy with the review and tried to buy a better one. I told him I would update it.. I wont change it cause its the truth, but I Will add the fact that they were correct. Nothing else around at the time of purchase. I was lucky to get it. The gentleman that took my order was helpful and did want to make sure i was happy. I could have rejected it and ate a few bucks and waited, but I didnt want to wait, I needed to get the glass back in and finish the job. Once all the greasy fingerprints were removed it was a decent headliner. I edited without being compensated, trying to be fair and truthful.

    Seems like a very unorganized company. I talked to a new person every time I called to get an update on a window I had ordered. They never contacted me after they shattered the first window they were going to send to me to let me know there would be a delay. I kept being told conflicting information about whether my item had been picked or if it was already on a truck to be delivered. The window I got worked great, but I was told it would take a couple of days and it ended up taking a week and a half

    As far as parts go this place is always on my radar. Either if I am looking for parts for myself or for others. They have a very great selection especially for newer vehicles and at a great price for the most part. The way the condition of the parts are described are accurate and I have yet to have any issues. I've only sent people to pick things up for me but it is nice knowing that if I go there I won't waste my trip or someone else's. My biggest issue with this place and this is a big one, is the fact the communication is a very weak point. When I called I go through a rather annoying automated system and after being on hold for a bit I finally get redirected to a person only to get their voice mail during business hours. You can imagine how disappointing this is when you need to talk to some only to waste all that time. I might as well get the voicemail right away just to save the entire headache of waiting. If this gets improved I will definitely come back with a 5 star review otherwise.

    Sold me bad transmission and management called me right away and asked me how we could make it right. Very pleasant people to do buissness with. They are always wanting to fix what was wrong and that's a great buissness. I'll do lots more buissness with them because of that.

    Ordered an alternator online. Didn't need it, so refund needed. Didn't get the core charge back <and> a 20% "restocking" fee. Restock to where, exactly? Restock how as the part was never in my hands? Great business practice, I guess. Time to move on and take my dollars with me.

    Was unable to locate the Puyallup WA. wrecking place I called & got someone in Oregon who didn’t know the Washington local places. Tried another location same think fencing & building all closed up

    I really love these guy's and they have the best selection and customer service in the industry. You get your own personal assistant to help you find what you need in there inventory as well as someone who cares to make sure everything that's agreed upon stands till the end of sale. No gouging you on the way out the door... amazing establishment that is growing strong because of there systems and processes in place that are revolutionary.... great job B&R auto wrecking !! Keep up the god work and I'll be back soon....

    Ordered a part, nice guy on the phone. My wife went in three days later to pick it up as it had been shipped in. Part had not arrived, people were very rude to her. They claimed they had called me and left a voice mail, that had never happened. This was the location on meridian, would recommend shopping some where else, lots of junk yards out there

    Great customer service!! These guys are the only yard that had a compatible 300zx with mine...and, though I believe it is gone now- the credit goes to B&R as to why I am able to be driving my '91 Z still to this day... even after my wiring harness caught on fire last year- so, thanks guys! Great deals, too... I'd add more stars if I could!

    Vehicles neatly arranged in numbered rows made it easy to find and remove the part I wanted! Very friendly staff, and when I went to pay, she said 'have a nice day! ' and charged me nothing for the part. Saved me $5 and had very friendly help both on the phone and at the yard. One too: call the Hotline #, they check all their yards for your part and quote a price and save it for you for when you show up to pick your part. Very organize and super friendly! Best part yard anywhere!

    Attempted to purchase a back glass from them. Was told it was pulled and would be shipped to my local location within 3 days. 1 week later called and found out the one I was told was pulled was damaged and I would have to wait another week for them to pull and ship. After another week passed called them again and was told they where not "allowed" to pull the glass per there boss at the other location and I could come and pull one myself. Was never contacted by them during the whole process and had to reach out to them each time. Did actually refund in a timely manner though, hence atleast one star.

    We went there on Thursday to pick up a part for our SUV and the yard guy named Jeff was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we found what we we're looking for. I went by there on Saturday and apparently there was a fire that burnt down the front office. The guy that works the counter was outside and told me he would keep the customers up to date on how long it would be, but if we needed anything to just call.

    Bought a low mileage used motor with a warranty. Installed it myself and had the make specific local mechanic double-check my work. Ran perfectly for 2 weeks. Head gasket blew and it was eating oil. No problem! I bought the warranty thankfully. Nope. BnR Tacoma would not honor it. Called corporate and they declined the warranty as well, on the basis I did not also install a new water pump after I accepted the engine. It actually says you have to do this in the warranty - so I can't fault them on the technicality but I can come here on Google and say that I will not do business with this company again on the basis that if you have to read that far down in the extended warranty to find out you have to have a radiator professionally flow tested and install a new water pump after you take ownership of the motor, and before you have a problem... well... that's just poor customer service IMHO. I would have happily bought another motor from them, but declining the warranty on a technicality means you won't get my repeat business.

    Nobody is on the same page. Tried to order an engine and one person said to call a few hours prior so it can be pulled and another said up to 72 hours and wait for a call. Guess they don't want to sell parts. Ended up rebuilding the engine, it was quicker and cheaper.

    When you go online and do the online offer, they usually respond with "your off has been declined". But they make you go through the payment process first, what also sucks is they have high shipping rates $200-300 or more.

    I must say I have ordered several parts with wrecking yards in the past, B&R displays professional service and very honest. They called me immediately when they found a discrepancy with part they were shipping me. B&R will always get my business.

    Hands down the best auto wrecking yard! I’ve bought used parts from other wrecking yards all over Kitsap County and never had customer service as good as B&R. The hour drive for me was definitely worth my time. Jacob and DC actually have good customer service skills unlike most other yards, awesome to work with! Will be doing business with them in the future.

    We went in to the yard explained that we needed a radiator from a Chrysler 300 because they are a thicker double core heavy duty compared to what we have in our dodge charger a.t.m. it seemed like the guy at the desk knew what he was doing and ordered a radiator ....it was the exact same one we have on our car and it wasn't any good... Then we had #2 come to the closer yard to us and that one was also a single core and wasn't in the condition to be in a vehicle, #3 came in and the yard also claimed they called us and that wasn't true,no voicemail left as claimed,and so they shipped it back,so we had to wait again for said radiator and it again was NOT a dual core nor from a Chrysler 300! And the guy who refunded our money shorted us over 10.00 so yup,3 stars is about it!

    Great parts supplier, poor communication skills, 8 out of 10 times delivered days later than promised, but nobody is perfect. I like the friendly staff and the way they try to take care of us. Will continue to use these guys.

    The staff here needs to back to school and learn new ways on how to talk to their customers. I don't see how they are still in business with how they treat people. They was very rude over the phone and had me so upset that I will never call this company ever again. I do not recommend going to this place for anything. If you need used parts I would stay local or figure out a different way to get them.
