I needed a clip to hold one of my headlights in place for my f250. I called and got an AI answering, really didn’t like that. But went in anyways and was helped by a nice lady named Lily. She said she had some f150’s in the yard and said I was welcome to have a look see. I found a clip that would fit the bill and brought it in, expecting to pay ten dollars or hopefully less. She just waved it off. I was really grateful. The dealership wanted thirty dollars for this little clip! Thank you Lily! And I appreciated her letting me sound off about the AI without taking it personally.

They have gone way down hill. Been going to B&R since I was 17 about 25+ years & over $10,000 worth of sales & parts. Will not go again. They tried to sell me a Blinker light assembly for a 99 Ford f150 for $30 plus the $5 yard fee & $5 environmental fee. Total of $40 for a $10 light. New one at the auto parts runs from $10-$15. Why would anyone pay 4 times the amount for a used glazy one & pull the part themselves!?! Sad.... I really used to like going there. Never again!

Usually i dread coming to bnr because i have so many problems and so i tried the Springfield location and it was miles better. No entry fee, friendly employees, organized lot. I was helped by lily and she made sure it was very easy for me giving me step by step instructions to the car and seamless checkout process. Made my day. Highly recommend coming here if you need any parts!
