Strange DIY experience. Cars already had most of the parts pulled from them, I had to find the car then look through the car for the parts. Also, they demanded my debit card to enter the yard, held it until I left. If I wasn't there to help someone else I would have turned and walked away. Also, the place is a real mess. Whoever runs it has the organizational skills of a squirrel.

If I could give this the business a negative Stars, I absolutely would. It was horrible. What was supposed to be the same day or the next day ready turned into almost a week. Then discover it's the wrong one. It's pretty important since it was a passenger window that was smashed on so that somebody could access into my car. So of course they can't find the right window. Then, they wanted to hassle me about refunding my money through the person who ordered the window from. I've never heard such thing. It was bad business practices all the way around. I ended up finding a Pick-A-Part and it took him half a day to pull it and get it to me. I will definitely go to Pick-a-Part next time. I can't say I will ever go to B&R again. They definitely are not what they used to be. So sad frustrated angry mad.

The staff were very helpful and friendly to deal with. I liked the selection of vehicles they had and their prices were a good value.

I always enjoy going to be in our Auto the people there are friendly and even let you get a few knick knacks on occasion

Went there to try to find a security key to remove lug studs off a Jetta and lug studs to replace , did not have the key but they gave us the bolts! Service: Part finding & extracting

I stopped by the Springfield yard yesterday looking for some parts for a project I am working on. The team there is very friendly and helpful. The gal at the counter listened to what I was building and printed me out a sheet with the locations of the trucks I should check. I went to the yard and felt like a kid on a treasure hunt. I found what I needed plus some other goodies, and would have kept going except I ran out of time. I will be going back today. I was amazed at how inexpensive my treasures were as I had priced them on a well known auction site prior to stopping at B&R. If you need parts, give B&R a shot. Please don't trash the vehicle when getting your parts as someone may need that part you broke getting to yours. 5 Stars for sure. I went in looking for a Part nobody in the whole world would want, they had a set on a Toyota Tundra. I pulled them, easy access but bring your own tools !! I would suggest maybe getting a couple portable tool kits to rent out? They were great . And good luck w pregnancy counter lady!!! Congratulations. Service: Part finding & extracting

Not the easiest to navigate. Did find a couple things that were needed but none of the workers stopped to help with the heavy stuff. Not wheelchair friendly

Great used auto parts. Fun to just walk through and look. Great, if not the best taco truck sits outside. Highly recommended! Makes a great lunch stop. Big burrito, coke, tour the wrecking yard.

I've been a mechanic for a long time🐢 and a deal hunting mechanic at that. This spot used to be great for parts for a long time... but not anymore... They never answer the phone when called... and they charge what ever the hell they want for lunch. You can get a quote from one person and the next day come back, and it will be 19$ more. Don't trust and don't shop here
