    Predatory is the best word to describe this service. After being unable to make it through an ice storm, ODOT had my car towed by this company which stuck me with an excessive bill of hundreds of dollars. Then they stated that all the money had to be paid up front, and if I didn't take the car right away there would be a $30 per day storage fee. To add insult to injury, when my wife came to pick up the car and attempted to pay with a check, they didn't want to take it at first and made her "promise" that this check would go through. They stated that we had to understand that if it didn't, they would be stuck with rejection fee, etc. My wife explained to them that they needed to understand how this was going to affect us for Christmas. There are plenty of other towing services in this region to choose from. I suggest everyone look elsewhere if they need one!

    This towing company is a huge help very reasonable experienced and great people even with little jobs such as helping me unload my motorcycle out of the back of my truck I really appreciate them

    My car got towed there form an accident and they were understanding but very poor communication I spoke with them the night before traveling there from Idaho and they failed to mention a entrance fee to me just so I could get my stuff luckily my friend had paid so I could get in
