Used to buy parts from Baldwin yrs ago , good prices and good parts , the last 10/12 yrs the service and the parts have went to hell and back , I really don’t see how they stay in business with how it being run , been calling several weeks now to inquire about a part and haven’t even got a call back about the part , from the secretary/dispatcher to the manager has went to hell

Wish I’d read reviews before buying. Horrible service and a bunch of liars. I hope their business fails. They are more than happy to take your money but will not stand behind anything. I bought a Subaru engine with 30 day warranty, 2 days after installing engine found both head gaskets leaking. Called and told them what happened and they agreed to buy the gaskets but not supply labor which was fine, 2 days went by and no communication from them. Tried calling over and over with no answer. Called from another number and answered right away. Tried to act like they were having phone problems but that is not the fact, was told parts would ship out the next day with a tracking number. Again no follow through and would not answer my number and would get hung up on soon as they figured out it was me from another number. People and businesses like this are scum and hope this review helps others avoid this business.

My bf bought a jeep motor from these fellas who were generally very nice and willing to help us. At first the guy said 650 and he would deliver then when I called to set up the purchase he said it would be 40$ extra for delivery. Then ken said it was a miscommunication and it would be free of charge as long as they could have the old engine. Not only did they take all day to deliver but once they did they brought the wrong engine. Then wen they returned with the correct one they also added a 40$ charge for delivery. That’s the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars from me. I deals a deal. It’s not right to charge someone for your employees mistake.
