These guys are great! They went out of their way to help us get a hard to locate part, when I arrived to pick it up, they pulled the part and didn't charge for their time. I really liked the yard cat as well, she was very friendly. A+ rating for this crew and company.

Poor Customer Service Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with this place. The staff member I interacted with was rude and unprofessional. Not only did they hang up on me during our conversation, but their overall demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful. I found this level of customer service unacceptable. I strongly advise the owner to consider improving their customer service by training their staff to be more courteous and professional. It's important for businesses to value their customers and treat them with respect. Based on my experience, I would recommend management to reconsider their staffing decisions to ensure a better customer experience in the future. It seems I was not the only one.

I would give them zero stars but don’t have a choice. Got an offer from cash for cars for Barlow auto and waited a day or so no one called. Then got an email saying Barlow would pay a certain amount so called them about it. The guy that answered the phone was a complete A Hole said no we get to pick what cars we want and we don’t want your car all rude and not anywhere professional I give them a zero and hope no one else has to deal with these A HOLES!!! Ty plz forgive me they really got under my skin with how they treated me.

Dude, I called to see if they had a window. The guy answering the phone was super rude, first of all, the guy just said "hello", not even answered the phone proffesionally and announce the name of the company, then he didn't even let me finish asking the question about the part, he said right away "we don't have it". And then hangup. Whoever you are, change careers, man, customer service is not a skill you possess. I won't deal with them, ever.

Place is dishonest and shady. I was given a price on a part, was told it would get pulled, never happened. Came back a week later, was given a new price, 2 times higher! Thought I'd try them again and wanted to buy a tailgate panel. They had the part but wouldn't sell it unless I bought the whole tailgate. The tailgate was trash, dented, handle and latches busted... only good piece was the panel. I was told the panel was 100 bucks, but had to take the whole tailgate, go out front with it, take the panel off I wanted, then bring the tailgate back in and throw it in the truck bed. ? Really? I read all these fair reviews saying customers pull their parts, yet I was told that wasn't allowed, that 'someone' would pull parts and call me. Shady!

These guys are awesome! I was looking for an NV 4500 transmission and I gave them a call and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The transmission they had was still in a vehicle but Their team had the transmission pulled in a short time and had it ready for me to pick up the very next day. They also had very good pricing and their Team was very friendly helpful and great to work with I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future one of the best wrecking yards around.

I called on a part off of Car-part, and Tim picked up the phone, i explained that i needed a hatch for a Jeep Cherokee that they had, and that i would be driving nearly 2 hours for it. He understood, and was willing to negotiate and also insure the part was still in good condition before i make the drive. Unfortunately we weren't able to make a deal, due to the hatch having damage. But the point is, Tim went out of his way to make sure the hatch was still good shape, and called me back. Very few wrecking yards ever give you a call back, much less willing to go inspect parts for a customer. Great customer service!

I bought a bnc 454 and told it was a good running motor. I took it to machine shop to remove some broken bolts and saw motor was very dirty so I thought I would have shop take heads off and freshen it up. Shop showed me a Crack in the heads and heavy rust in one of the cylinders. This motor should be sold as a core not a running motor. Paid 750 for motor and when I called back the owner said he would call back and never did. This motor is useless. Very bad customer service on making it right. Funny thing this is the second motor I bought and thought I would give another try after selling me a motor that seized after 40 miles from bad oil pressure.these guys won't make it right. One thing guy at desk is nice but that's it. People please don't buy motors here they won't stand by there word. Yea I'm passed im out. Alot of money on both motors.

Got a recommendation about these guys. Called, got put on hold, waited, finally told them what i needed n they said we'll call you back. Never did. Called again. Lather rinse repeat. They were polite n it might have been a one time issue but.... I have better things to do when I am working on my cars

Front desk service from the old big guy sucks, his prices are ok but not really a deal at all. Yard guys are awesome though. Friendly, helpful, and easygoing. Details: Went here to pick up an engine they said was on the shelf for about 10 years, quoted $350, reasonable price. Waiting for them to pull it, I noticed two Cadillac CTS's sitting outside. Discussed for a bit with the young guy at desk, he didnt know too much about them other than the keys both stick in ignition, neither would even spin the starter. One had ignition replaced, no luck. $8000 Scan tool applied, no luck. Took a moment to take look while they pulled my engine off the shelf. Showed him how to reset the PCM and TCM, common failure causing all the symptoms they had. Reset modules, fixed the problem. Starter spun, key ejected, etc (no crank because of VERY low battery). So cool, I fixed a car for these guys thats going to net them a few hundred to a few grand profit, just because I'm bored and had to wait. Get my engine, yard guys are super awesome, very helpful with helping me do a compression test using a starter and kit i brought. Two cylinders are 180, two are barely 120 with about a half cup of oil in the cylinders. Ask the large older guy at the front to cut me a better deal. Its low compression on two cylinders, one cylinder was pretty rusted up, and not to mention I fixed at least one of your major problems with a car that they will make a lot of money on, possibly two if both caddies are the same issue. Budget Auto in Kent had two engines with 170 across all 4 cylinders for $250 His reply? I dont know anything about you fixing that cadillac (he watched me do it, his coworker even helped out), and 300 is all i can do. So 300 for a low compression engine, to someone who just saved you at the very least few hundred bucks in diagnosis amd resale value? No thanks. You can have your guys put that engine back on the shelf for another 10 years. Its not worth anything over $100.
