Great company. Super easy to book. I called the main number and the owner texted me back right away. He was available the next day and offered me a great price to haul away an old sofa and a ton of junk that had accumulated in the garage. Afterward, he swept away all the debris and it looked amazing after he did that. The finished product was great and affordable and he and his crew were super friendly. Definitely recommend - the garage felt brand new!

Junk Alliance was great! They came to my Mill Valley home and helped load up tons of junk that was piled up on the side of my house for way too long! Ty and Adam were very nice guys and made the process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this local family owned company! I also really like the fact that they try to donate as much as possible rather than just dump it like so many other companies.

I love the Bay Area Junk Alliance. They are friendly, professional, responsive and worked with me and my schedule. I also appreciate the focus on keeping things out of landfill - I put high value on that. One thing I notice is the care given to loading a truck - they don't just throw it into a big heap - it was planned carefully according to the material. Obviously if it was truly junk, it might be different - but I was getting rid of a mixture of stuff that could be passed on (bed frame, TV, etc.) as well as hazardous waste, e-waste and left over construction material. I've used them twice and will do so again.

I had my countertops redone on my new house and had a ton of granite and quartz countertop scraps and other construction materials. The contractors had left it all at the front of my house and it was an eyesore I’m sure for our new neighbors as well. Found Junk Alliance on thumbtack and Ty was super responsive and flexible and got all the garbage (which was super heavy) in his truck in no more than 10 minutes.
