If I could give them a negative I would. We purchased a transmission from them & paid cash for it, after taking several weeks to deliver it. Then less than a week later my customer comes back with transmission issues again. The purchase was made in September & less than a week later I called & let them know the transmission was bad. Alex assured me he would have me a replacement the following week. Nothing this went on from the first week of October until today. I am still waiting on a replacement or refund. It has gotten to the point that they say I can bring the old transmission to them on Tuesday next week & I can get my old one & my refund. We will see. But when something only has a 30 day warranty & you ignore the customer until that 30 days is up, that doesn't relieve you of your responsibility. So use caution if you must buy from them. The only person that was helpful was their IT person.

Drove 75 miles after confirming they have the fender in good shape for $300 firm. Im ok with that drove all that distance just to find out fender is ripped in places and fire damaged. I called dealer and fender was $189 new I know I should check with dealer first but because of their lies I drove close to 150 miles in total in ATL traffic. And they didn't even feel like something was wrong, they like if you want it let us know. Smoking too much crack I'd say.

Just got off the phone with them. They sounded angry. I'm sorry if you're having a bad day, but still... Anyways they tried charging me 1000 dollars for a transmission that's worth about half that price.. I'm glad I caught their bad business beforehand

This is my first time ordering from this company, so far so good. Guy that answered the phone seemed like he knows what he is talking about. Guy told me part wouldn't be here until today but it came yesterday. No complaints about that one. I will keep you guys updated on progress

Be ready to be scammed. If you planning to drive there to get the part make sure they send you pictures of it because you will get there and part is all F'up. I got there just to find out part was damaged and useless. And prices are on paar with dealers.

I've been coming here for years. Practically like family now. This woman knows where everything is and it's a lot of stuff here. Here's some help her. I'll always buy from them.

First visit: I am having a transmission pulled, so initial visit is a deposit, second visit part will be ready to leave the yard. So far, so good. The rep that answers the phone is easy to speak to and pleasant. The lady that handle admin, invoicing was sweet as well. There is a wait time, but I think that you have to understand this is a place where they put the part for you. It is to be expected, so keep that in mind when you go. None of us customers complained about waiting. I think we all were just happy to find inexpensive parts close enough to Atlanta with great service.Second visit: TBC

The absolute worse customer services I’ve ever witnessed in my life the owner are very rude angry for no reason their prices are almost double from any other junk yard and won’t take card payment either you pay cash or they told you to leave I don’t recommend them at all .

Another salvage yard recommended me to this place. Really cool place has a lot of parts. Price was good. Takes a while to get part but they told me in enough time to run errands and come back.
