1st thing it is illegal to charge more than 4% for a credit card fee. I was charged 8%. You can charge an environmental fee, yard fee any line item but credit card.2nd purchased a fuel pump for a vehicle, it did not work. Brought it back tried to get another one. He put it in water, and hooked up a positive and negative to it and it sprayes.Therefore the problem is with my car, so the owner said. As we were trying to explain to him, so that we may purchase another part, would have been fine with a restocking fee, simply needed to fix the problem.The owner acted as if we were ignorant, and trying to scam him out of $53. Just became blatantly rude and unreasonableWhere he easily could have charged a restocking fee, sold another if it didn't work received another restocking fee and provide a pleasant customer service experience.This place I have been coming to for 10 years, this was my first return and lowest amount. I send other customers and contractors for myself so I understand why he did not recognize my face.Resolution after point of sale protocols were ridiculous, I suppose if you are scammed frequently, you build a guilty until proven innocent customer service policy.I'm just thankful I have never ordered any $1k+, items from here, 8% credit card fees, and an assumption that I'm trying to scam your business as opposed to spend more money to fix a problem.Chunked the item I was scamming them with to them, went and purchased the item new.This place is awesome until it's not, but when it's not, cancels all of the previous awesomeness. I never in a million years would have thought to get so worked up over a simple $50 transaction. Thankful though could have been much more.😘

DON'T GO THERE!! Bad services, they purposely order the wrong parts to charge you restocking fees, nasty place with exposed electrical wires on the floor and poor safety conditions. They aren’t Better Business Bureau members, and have other bad reviews on Yelp and other social media sites, LOOK THEM UP BEFORE you consider using them. They will scream at you and try to intimidate you ( if you are a woman of curse! ) and anyway they won’t give you your money back even when they’re restocking fee was $15 not the $20 they stole from me,it's a nasty place!!! and they also SUPER bad costumer service! they on purpose ORDER the wrong part to charge the restocking fee, they SAY they "record" the ordering phone calls, I ask to listen to the recording and every time the recording was on the part where I clearly agree on the part that THEY advise me and they order it, Jose skip it 3 times! very conveniently. that shows their intention on crating a reason to overcharge the costumers like they probably usually do with everyone else!Then they became very verbally aggressive and this other man that I wasn’t even talking to, all the sudden with screeming voice and approaching me intimidating and laud started to talk to me ( screaming ) so I begin to take video tape and everyone there stopped screaming immediately and they started ignoring me!! They are so brave to be screeming at a face woman 5'2” tall with enough manners and cero intention of screeming back at no one! I was there only for business!!! and that was very unprofessional, So I left the "place" without reimbursement of my $ 20 deposit for the first truck part and without the second part ordered! This is how this business operates, and “tried“ to get away crating confusion or forcing their attitude mistreating a woman,( cowardly ) and misrepresenting and misleading fraudulently their business.I took all this time to write this review because I believe in this XXI century we ALL with no exceptions should demand our rights and use the media to expose this people!!

This place is really great for fast and convenient service! Jose is the best, he took my order over the phone and helped me get everything taken care of with no issues. He was great at communicating and very helpful with any questions I had. I recommend this place highly as a first option for your parts.

Understand 1 discount for cash 2 once u buy it there is no return so be sure. They are super knowledgeable and kind just stick to the rules.

Called just about every place looking for a wheel for a Dart and hit the jackpot when I found them. Not only did they have the part I needed, they also tried everything they could to save ME money. Informed me of every possible rebate and how I could get that. It was a very pleasant surprise to have that great of service! I couldn't more highly recommend any place more than Best Price Auto Salvage.
