The Big Haul crew showed up at our home on time and with a positive, professional attitude. They completed the job quickly (taking stuff to the dump as part of our move). And then they volunteered to help me move a large piece of additional furniture just because I needed the help and had none. What a crew! I would never use anyone else. Best part: their sense of humor--so much fun to work with!

Mike and crew were amazing! On time, professional, polite, and also had masks on. They carefully and quickly removed our old, rotting shed. Noting that we have a dog running around, they were also very careful taking down the glass and the area was swept clean after.Would use them again!

I needed junk hauled away from demolition, including carrying bathtub down a flight of stairs removing a washer & dryer that was wider than door. We've used Big Haul three times now and could not be happier. Appointments are set up quickly (next day, each time) and they show up when they say, including a courtesy call when they are on the way. Their team is always really friendly, nice to chat with, and do a great job. My son with autism likes to "help" them and they are always super sweet and try to include him somehow.
