Carquest ( Advance ) in Bellevue has been a "Go-to" store for us for over 36 years. The new staff is great! Good personalities all around. If they do not have it they try to find it for you. The quality of the parts is excellent and they stand behind them with a good warranty.

I write maybe 1 or 2 reviews a year for exceptional service one way or another. This was by far the worst customer experience I have had in many years.I have a diesel pickup which requires two batteries. I purchased gold batteries which are replacement batteries first three years. A month after they were installed they tested defective by my mechanic -replaced. The other day my truck wouldn't start (2 years) so I went into the store and was promptly told they haven't switched over to the same type of service as the store I bought it from and that they also didn't change batteries. I didn't have my receipt so I was lucky they would even talk to me about next steps...the store is a national store so it's as easy as making a call or looking up the sale...the battery is stamped with 12/14. So I have to buy them and go change them and then bring it back. I do all this and return them only to have the manager tell me that she called the store and they remember the replacement and recommended I have my truck checked. My mechanic did the original replacement so it was an out and out lie that someone e spoke to me. To boot she said that they wouldn't warranty them again. Now I have a manager that lies and is setting warranty policy...

Went here on 02/24/2020. This is the worst auto parts store. I will give 0 stars if possible. It says on their website that they will install the car battery. After purchasing online and going to the store, they say that they are not allowed to install the battery by law. They also said that they are not responsible for what it says on their website. Rude and worst customer service.

Poor management. Can't believe how the store manager Melanie treated my husband while in the store especially with my 5 year old little girl in tow. We can atleast use it as a way to teach our daughter how NOT to treat people.

there is blond old female has been working there as she said more then 20 years, but I'm wonder how she is still have job there because she is so rude with bad manners. She is always talking so rude to the customers and absolutely not helping when me and my friend try to go there at different times. Which is mean she is rude to most customers.

Melanie who claims to be the store manager was very rude and short when inquiring about a simple part lookup. Apparently customers are a burden at this store, even though I needed the part I decided to order it from another reputable auto store and wait few days instead of giving carquest my business. Never will be back!

I was disappointed with the service at car quest. The manager was not helpful and was very rude on a Sunday. Could not answer any questions about the part other than I should've done more research on a forum to trouble shoot the problem. Terrible customer service and just not very friendly. Take your business to bellevue napa if you can.

Always good service at this location. It's a more commerical oriented store so if you need lookups and a pro counter it's going to be a win for you.
